Hey I just recently started going to the gym, and I've been following all of your work out videos, and meal prep videos, and I absolutely love them I made the chicken bake last night and my boyfriend loved it too Thank you for being on here you're very knowledgeable And I do have a question, could you do a video on if someone is working out almost every day, (5 days a week, cardio, HIIT, lower body and upper body weight lifting) and eating right mostly, (oatmeal in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, chicken and veggies at dinner, and light snacking on berries) how long would it take them to lose 20 pounds? .and are cheat days going to make someone gain all that weight back, even just a chocolate muffin early in the morning once a week? I'm just now learning all of this weight stuff, so I apologize if my question is kinda silly ' Thanks Chloe

Hello Chloe, your video workout and schedule workout always give me guide for my exercises. I like it because your workouts are effective: ). But for next video, I hope you can give me waist workout 15 minutes without equipment in home for fast workout routines. Thank you Chloe, I love you

This is literally the first meal prep with x amount of ingredients video I've seen that doesn't assume ppl already have a ton of stuff in their pantry aaa thank you so much for making this It's so good for lazy ppl like me who want to be told exactly what to buy at the store lolol

AWESOME ive heard that sardines are healthy but ive always been wary about trying them. However, the way you cooked them with tomato paste doesn't seem so bad, im willing to try it like you said, it gets boring to eat chicken all the time.

Love this so much Always find it difficult to make healthy meals when I don't have much time but this doesn't take up much time since you can prep it beforehand plus it's super healthy Please make more vids like this Thank you

This aren't at carolic deficients, yeah? I'm just looking for a way to eat healthier and lose weight. Not eat less and lose weight because I have been dieting for years and it really does not work when you do it like that

Can you please do more videos like this? I like the fact that meals fresh rather than cook the whole thing and put in the fridge for few days. Please add breakfast and snack in next meal prep videos like this.

Hi Chloe Can you do a video talking about weights and all the equipment you use at home? I'm confused and not sure if I can tone up my body with bodyweight or I need to add some weights
