Im trying her 25 days leg workout and 21 days arms workout. Ill be posting here everyday after each day. I need a lot of motivation Day 1: It was pretty challenging and the workouts were intense and it really feels like this is gonna work. Skipped a few seconds but overall did all the workouts pretty nicely. Day 2: It was good. Could really feel the burns. Day 3: It wasnt that bad. Day 4: I could feel stronger than ever. Had to focus a lot on breathing. Helps a lotDay 5: Wow I never knew Id say this, but Im really enjoying it. Didnt take a single break. Day 6: It was okay since I didnt have a lot of sleep last night but completed it spot onDay 7: Its a rest day. So let me share some of my tips. So I like to wake up early and do my workout (dont force yourself to wake up early if you cant, workout whenever you feel the most energised. Before my workout I like to drink a glass of water. I have no food restrictions. I eat what I want to but in a controlled manner. Ill take three meals a day. The breakfast (at 10am) is heavy and mostly contains eggs, lunch (at 2pm) consists of grains and pulses and vegetables (Im Indian) and dinner (at 7pm) consists of whatevers made at home haha. So thats the last meal of my day. Im doing intermittent fasting. Its not that difficult trust me. I would sleep by 10. 30 on and would wake up by 7am. Drink plenty of water, that will keep you hydrated hence energetic. And I like to squeeze my stomach almost all the time. That really helps

I am going to do the 25 days slim thigh challenge. I will start today and keep updating. My weight is around 65 kg and my height is 159 cm. Please write a comment so we can motivate each other. Day 1: I did all 3 workouts of the program (legs, abs, cool down. And I am proud of myself that I did all in a row. The ab workout was the hardest for me but I still did it and I hope I will get better. Today I also went for a walk und had a bike ride. Day 2: Today i did not do the workout of the program because i met my friend and we were on a bike trip again and it was awesome. So I did not the workouts but at least I was active with a friend and I will do the second day of the program tomorrowDay 3: I did the second day of the program (standing+lower abs. It was intense and sweaty. I am really out of shape but I will continue this challenge to see results. I also did a few minutes of jump roping and it was fun so I try to bring it into my routine. Day 4: I switched the 1000 reps workout for the Pamela Reif beginner abs workout. I also did the cool down from Chloe Ting.

I am going to be updating every day for about 3 months. Please like this comment to remind me. I have graduation nearing the end of May, and I am currently 154 pounds. I also have a binge eating disorder, which I hope to overcome on this journey. I am doing a series of workouts (usually 4 per day): THIS ONE, Pamela Reif - 10 min ab workout, Chloe Ting - 10 min HIIT, Bailey Brown - 5-minute booty. I do Pamela Reif's twice every other day, and on days I don't do it twice I swap it for the booty workout(DISCLAIMER: I STARTED THIS PROGRAM AFTER A BINGE, SO MY WEIGHT DROP AT BEGINNING IS COMPLETELY NORMAL. ALSO, I EAT HEALTHY AND TRY TO AIM AT A 1, 500 CALORIC GOAL. I AM 5'4 BTW)UPDATES: Day 1: Really felt the burn, especially in my butt and abs. WEIGH-IN: 154. 8Day 2: It was harder than yesterday, pushed through WEIGH-IN: 154Day 3: Kinda easier, still feel the burnnn. WEIGH-IN: 152. 8 Day 4: Took a break. I got home super late, so i was super tired WEIGH-IN: 152

I've decided to be a serious candidate and try this for 2 weeks. Just to keep me motivated I'm gonna jot down my experience each day and see how far I can go: Day 1 - I could do half of the exercises and I didn't really feel any burn (manly because I was could barely do one exercise)Day 2 - It was a lot easier to do most of the exercises and I started to feel a little burn in my legs still lost my balance and couldn't complete every single exercise but I did more then yesterdayDay 3 - My legs feel super sore from yesterday, but I'm glad i kept up with most of the exercises [+ I've already lost 1/2 an inch on my thighs]
