Seeing so many ppl commenting about how they will start tommorrow. I did this workout TODAY (like five minutes ago) and it felt amazing. I feel like this will also improve my balance and flexibility apart from working out my legs. I had absolutely no energy and motivation when i went into this workout but i kept going and actually managed to finish this SO yay to me: ) i did go low impact on some of the exercises but not all and i think it's been a good first try. Today marks the last day of my second week of your program and it hasnt been too time-consuming or hard so far I'll definitely pull through the eight weeks because at the end i will hopefully see that it was worth it Posting my plan and photos into my insta highlights so everyone feel welcome to check out my progress --> your_anni

Chloe Oh my god, thank you so much for blessing us with a FREE program. I'm typically skeptical of buying a program because I'm scared the money paid won't result in any changes to my body but THIS is amazing. I always blame my genes, Oh, I can't grow a butt, Asians are meant to have flat butts, but seeing your physique really motivates me. So, no excuses now. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I have a question: what does the Bonus Challenge part of the schedule mean? Do I add in any workout?

Chloe I love you and I've been doing your workouts for two years now. I love especially the legs-butt workouts but everytime I do it constantly for longer than two months my knees start killing me from all the jumping. And Im afraid the low impact versions aren't as efficient. Tips to stranghten knees or to really work those legs just as hard but without getting the knees of a 75yo at age 25? thank you

Well Im finishing workout program today and I started with 63kg now I have 58kg and my goal is 55kg. I can see the diffrence my abbs, legs and arms are now so much more toned than they used to be. Im finally happy with how i look after 2years, and Im so proud of myself. Im thinking to start this program again so I tone even more. Thank you Chloe for giving us this amazing workout program.

chloe this may be a lot to ask for but please do a HIIT Cardio workout for about 20-30 mins. 10 exercises 20 secs each, 10 secs rest and then repeat that whole set for like 4 times or 5 times. i saved all of your cardio videos and only one of them is like that. you dont have to do this. its just that im still quite slow and i find that one to be just right for me. thank youuu.

Okay so I have been doing a Lot of your workouts since february and I also ate healthier but I have cheat snacks everyday. and my body has Changed so much. I lost 4 kg and my tummy got so much flatter and my legs Who have been so wobbly are a Little Bit more toned. I also got rid of most of my cellulite. Honestly it is Worth it guys keep trying and Chloe you are a lifesaver

Is this workout going to make my butt and thighs firmer or will it make them bigger or just just make them smaller. because I already have quite a butt and i don't want it to get any bigger but I don't want my butt or thighs to shrink either. i just want to make my butt and thighs firmer since they have a bit of a jiggle. I just want to know the difference.

People have been calling me fat a lot, im 5'4'' and 136 pounds and I need to weight at least 125 pounds. Can I do it before summer? Also following an healthy diet

I just did this and also I'm on the 8 week challenge. in 2019. My legs were burning but I got through it, and my calves are not jiggly anymore and my legs are great. I'm not fat, People say I don't need to lose weight but I want to look and feel amazing and healthy. Love u Chloe, you changed my life
