ive been doing your at home butt workout to build my hips and side profile. omg ive never seen myself so cheeky. i keep falling off track on your summer shred but im gonna keep trying because i really see improvement i have tricep definition and an line of ab on my stomach

Thank you This is really helpful I also have a quick question: I only have one hip dip which honestly I'd rather have 2 hip dips than one, but are there exercises that just work one side out so I can even them out? Because a lot of the exercises I feel on both sides.

I just started and I really do need to tone my butt and get just an inch on it to be realistic. Before I start, do I do this workout everyday or should I do a few days then rest? Cause I've been told that our mucsle grows when we rest after a workout. What do you do?

i just do lunges, donkey kicks, kickbacks without resistance, and glute bridges to grow my booty without growing my thighs. all can be done at home as i use no weights or any equipment. more reps i do the bigger it gets
