Great videos I used to do cardio 2-3 times a week and many people told me how it wouldn't help me at all (for losing fat. At some point I started losing hope in it because of them and now I'm sure that getting slimmer figure and doing my diet easily was because i DID the cardio. I really needed to hear somoene with experience saying that it IS important. Thank you

I have a question. I have been doing your hourglass body challenge I have been doing it for 5 days now I can see them appearing but from the side view my stomach is uneven. Like the top of my stomach on the ribs its sticking out and the bottom is really sticking out and it's making me lose confidence. Please reply I'm really stuck and confused.

1. Not engaging your core. Be completely tense and tight. Squeeze and pull your abs 2. Breathing technique exhale during hard part, inhale during easy part. 3. Inconsistent form. Be slow and control. 4. Forgetting compounds excersizes. Do at least two a week. 5. Eating junk food. You need a low body fat percentage. Bonus is at the end

Am I the only one still confused about the breathing technique? So during in and outs when I extend my legs i breathe in and when i pull them up i breath out. But when should I breathe while doing russian twists or bicycle crunch? I feel like there are no easy parts in those excercises: (

I am late but what about the people you live with and they eat junk food and fill the house full of it. I don't go to the market with them so i dont know what they bring and I dont have a car and Im too young to walk on my own. What do i do about the diet part then?

It's hard for a teenager to diet tho. My dad doesn't want to change the way we eat. As in he doesn't want to by healthy foods. I really want to tho. Eating healthy is a big deal to me and it makes me so mad my dad won't let me eat the way I want to.
