Ouch 75 seconds non-stop. can't wait to try this one. I think since it's going into winter in Australia in the next few days it will be a good idea to give your workout schedule a go. Haven't made this big of a commitment since I started my weight loss journey so hopefully I will be able to stick to the schedule. I have a feeling I might have to stretch the workouts over the weekends once they start becoming daily but I'm excited for it. Keep up the amazing work Chloe

Hi Chloe, I love it when I go on youtube and see you uploaded a new video As you probably can tell by now I also love your workout series thus seeing another video for that really made my dayIs it effective if I do this after my Arms or Abs workout as well or would it be more efficient if I do this after my Leg or Full Body workouts since it targets the same muscle groups?

I'm so excited to start your 8 weeks program I've done the all workouts separately and they all burn, especially the full body one. I also have a bit of a strange request, could you make a video about how to gain weight (and build muscle) whilst staying healthy? I'm having a bit of a hard time on how to go about it. I'm at week 7: ) I'm so happy that i tried it. I lost 6 kg and i gain a little bit of muscles: D (I'm strugling with BED after anorexia so it's harder to lose weight for me. And no i'm trying to starve again, i just want to be healthy. I'm following you for 2 years, and your workouts never dissapointed me: ) So glad that i found you

Hi Chloe I'm trying a new diet (vegan+gluten-free) of health reasons and your recipes and workouts have helped so much I have a problem with entering your website and your 8-week summer program though. It says the browser couldn't connect to the server safely. Can I find it elsewhere? Or what should I do? :(

This color combo is so beautiful on you. Ive just started watching your videos around January of this year and you are such an inspiration. I have been horribly ill and unable to work out (I was bedridden) but I am so ready to start the challenge this week. Just in time for your new shred to come out; )

I appreciate you sharing your workouts for free; my only question is where do we go after week 8? Are we supposed to add weight or just do more videos? Thank you again for all of the wonderful videos that you make for us you are truly amazing, beautiful, and a huge inspiration to get my ass up. ;)

Phew just started. I'm loving the workout except I have to keep pausing( out of shape + severe cramps) I did down a glass of water in a few minutes, my throat kept becoming so dry (I'm almost choked on it no joke. Anybody know how to get rid of cramps? Every single time I do cardio I get one.

Hey you probally wont see this but do you have a watch or something you wear that tells you how many calories you burn? Because you have some vids where in the description you would say how much you had burned so I'm curious, And if you do what kind is it.
