Ok guys let me give you some important information before you guys look at my update so I only do this workout on Monday since Monday-Friday is abs if you dont understand check out my playlist. Day: 1 Im sweating right now I did two rounds of the abs workout. But during the workout my arms were burning at the plank jumping jack. But thats all so I will see you guys next Monday so i stop the update cause i was busys with school but ill try to put the playlist back

I am training with your abs exercise videos for a couple of months now and the results are amazing My tummy is a lot flatter now (I just have a little bit of stubborn lower belly fat left) and doing the abs exercises in combination with your cardio workout routines or any other kind of cardio (running, cycling, dancing) helped me so so so much. I am a lot more confident than usual ( and fit) and don't hide my body under baggy sweaters anymore. Thank you so so much Chloe

Okay, last year 2018, I weighed 59kg and dropped to 46kg Thriugh daily running and exercising. I gained back to 49kg and now I dont think I'm fat but I want Abs now. So I will be updating daily: 2/03/19 - i tried and I was sweating so much and I am really tired. I had a salad this morning and some sweet beverages. Just acting normally Make sure to walk at least 6, 000 steps to burn minimum 150cals

I have been doing your workouts for a month (arms/core mostly and HIIT with some glutes) and running/swimming. First time with this workout I almost did 3 sets but probably wouldn't have gone past the 2nd if it hadn't been for that month's training. I feel great and have sooo much more energy, thanks again: ) your videos are the best: the editing, the music, .the burn afterwards haha

It's my 4 time using it and I can tell I've gotten stronger. I used to be able to only do less than the first set but now I can complete the first set and half of the second I'll keep doing this until it becomes easy and then switch to one of your other onesEdit: On my fifth try I finally completed the whole workout I had tiny beams but nonetheless I completed the workout.

To be honest i already have a strong core and a toned abs so its not that hard for me to do this workout buttttt. i realized that after doing this workout once my abs looked so much better. Definitely recomend anyone that want toned abs quickly. Ouh also, if you're beginner this workout sure gonna make you feel so sore the next day cuz this is hella intense.

Can't wait to try it I'm on my period so I'm taking days off because my stomach is in pain. I've been trying to do the lower abs workout, it hella burned. But the thing is I'm lack of discipline. That's why everyday I come back to your video also follow your ig so I'll be updated with amazing motivation. Thank you for motivating me Chloe.

For you guys who are going to the comments right now. IT WORKS I always had a flat upper stomach but my lower stomach was always a bit bigger. so I tried this and after a week I already saw results. I'm doing this now for about 3 months and about 2-3 times a week and it's one of the best abs videos I've ever done DO IT ITS WHORT IT

Thanks for uploading this, I've been using this routine for about 2 weeks now, and even at this point I have the most trouble with the plank jacks. I not only don't feel it my lower abs but its hard to just stay up hehehe (I have very weak arms) any suggestions? maybe my form is wrong? any substitute for the plank jacks?

Just did this one after doing her 250 calorie burn workout and honestly completing these workouts really makes me feel good about myself and my body I love how she maintains a positive and encouraging attitude throughout her videos these videos are really the only workout videos i enjoy doing
