Day 1: 17/september/2019Okay, so, I've been feeling fat cause I've just come back from hols, and may or may not have drank too many mango shakes. Oop-So, I've been feeling quite insecure about my body. My thighs are so thick, I have no hips only hip-dips (oop) lol and my stomach looks like an island. Basically, here's my measures: (wrapped the tape around my fat belly) also, I might've measured wrong, so, tell me what sounds different or shouldn't even be possible, cause I dont rlly know how to measure myself lol. Waist: 70cm//27 inches( rounded)Butt: (all around) 89cm// 35 inchesHips: 42. 5cm// 17 inchesStomach: 77cm// 30 inches (rounded)Weight: 52. 3kgSo yeah, I feel fat. Then I tried this out. At the end of the workout, I was shattered, I had to miss out one exercise cause I got too tired; it was hard to do it (or, I'm just a lazy arse, I didn't get the aches after it (cause I probably didnt try hard enough or messed up. Im probably going to work harder tomorrow though, and tbf I'm quite used to intense workouts as I play football(soccer) 4 times a week (about 1-2 hours each session) and play different sports in clubs or after school aswell, so it's either just because I, m used to the aches. _. But, I definitely recommend this to use, cause, the workout definitely gets you panting; gets you sweating; it gets you energised and pumping and I've read some of the vlogs in the comments and all sounds well (unless, they be lyinggg)Ill try to regularly update as best as I can, but I'm on youtube everyday anyways soooooo, chat to yas tomozzzDay 2: I didnt do it today because I had a football tournament that lasted like 2 hours and I was pretty shattered after running up and down the wings so much, so, I missed out today. But, I'm defo doing it tomorrow no matter what so, I'll update yaaallll

Going to try this everyday for a week (at least) will keep updating on results. Ive tried several workouts for abs before and never noticed a change before. Day 1: really difficult to get through the routine but I did it, obviously no difference yet. Day 2: still difficult but slightly easier, i concentrated on getting better form today because of this. No physical difference today. (i also made healthier food/ drink choices today. Day 3: The routine is defos getting a bit easier, i really concentrated on squeezing my muscles today. I tried to eat healthy today and drank tons of water. No physical change today. Day 4: routine felt a little harder then day 3 tbh ngl i was more concentrated on just getting through it today than improving form and such but i did add 10 squats to the routine. its only half way through the day but i've tried to make smarter food and drink choices again. no physical difference again. Day 5: routine was much easier today, i done the extra ten squat again and added 5 seconds to the plank. didn't really eat healthy today but i drank lots of water. No physical difference. Day 6: At this point the workout is getting pretty easy and i'm considering adding another butt workout in. I had some healthy food today but tbh i had a lot of snacks too. I actually feel like my butt has gotten a little smaller since starting this routine, its the only change i can see so its really disheartening. (I also done 20 extra squats today. It was so crazy but I did it and I'm proud. Aching all overDay 2: its burning but it feels a little betterDay 3: Its a lot easier but burnsDay 4: not as painfulDay 5: I can see results already It's kinda pissing me off that I'm feeling all these workouts on my arms and nothing on my abs or butt

I have a naturally big butt, but not very much hip, and not a small waist. Thats why Im doing this workout, along with going to the gym 2-4 times a week (Im not going at the moment because Im sick. Im 13(I look old enough thats how I got A membership) probably eat a little to much, Im trying to change that. I may or may not update, if this workout is successful for me I will update. If I dont then I probably forgot or just gave up, hopefully that wont be the case. Wish me luck

I am a 12 year old girl and I have been going through a lot lately and I am really unhappy with my body. My friends say I look fine but I really struggle with body image. Im not extremely overweight (132 pounds) but I have a lot of extra fat that I really want to get rid of. So starting tomorrow Im going on a healthy diet and doing exercises from the chloe ting workout programs. Wish me luck (hopefully I will remember to update every day)

Day 1: it was hard because I hadn't worked out for a long time it burned I wanted to give up but I made it through that same day I looked at my belly in the mirror and I'm frrrrr it looked sooo better I'll keep all updated want pics lmkDay 2: was intense but maybe it threwDay3: even more intense but somehow managed to get through it

Im 13 years okd and i weight 127 puonds i have bug breast kinda big hip but my ass is fkat and my stomach is coverd in fat i tried 10 workout ruitines and i just cant i just did this abd i cried while doing it its so hard big pain i cant do half of theese. I need good body for summer AND I JUST CANT DO IT. Can someone please help me?

Doing this exercise everyday because of quarantine. Updating: Day 1: Felt pretty good and I was sweating so much Day 2: woke up with a lot of soreness so didnt do it Day 3: Just finished doing it and I felt like I was able to handle it well Not as much sweating and no difference just yet
