Welcome back everyone Today's video is about my weekly workout schedule and what I do at the gym. Please note that this is just what I'm doing for now. It does change depending on my goals, my work/life schedule, my diet etc. Also know that there is no one-size-fits-all workout schedule I talk about it in the video and explain what are important factors you need to consider when putting together a workout plan. Don't assume you can just get a workout guide off the Internet and expect it to work. I have a hard time actually taking a rest day but I do feel burned out sometimes. So even if I cant stay still I do take it easier. For some reason I use to feel like Ill lose my progress if I skip a day. But I realize that your body would actually thank you and will preform harder and better after recovering. This video made it feel all much better as well. Thanks Chloe, Im sure lots of us struggle or can be to hard on ourselfs sometimes and end up doing more damage than what we think Also, totally unrelated. Do you still use adobe premier? My legs always get frustratingly restless on the first day or two on my period. So on the day I expect it to arrive, I'll spend like an hour smashing my legs. It reduces the cramps and removes the restlessness in my legs (thank god. Sometimes it arrives earlier than expected, though, and then I won't do a workout, because I'll feel shitty (I'll probably do lots of stretches though, because my legs will be driving me insane: . So yeah, I completely agree with you Chloe

CONCERNED Sorry if this is a TMI but I started your 30 Day Ab Challenge 16 days ago and 9 days ago I started my cycle. and it hasn't stopped sinceMy cycles have always been 5 days with the 6th day spotting. Is this normal? The internet just keeps telling me I might have cancer. I've never had thos problem before. Since starting your challenge I dont cramp as much and my cycles have been very very lite, but. now it won't stop and I'm going on day 10PLEASE HELP

I need advice I only do home workouts, like I do your videos and others at home for glutes. Like u said I don't want a big booty. I just want mine round like yours loll because I'm okay with being petite so could I just increase the weight of my dumbbells and ankle weights and achieve a toned booty like yours? and I can only eat like 2300 calories a day sometimes 2500

This is a weird request, but could you possibly make a workout thats quiet? Like, I love working out, but Im super busy. So maybe one that I can do late in the night/early morning without waking up my family. (By quiet, I mean things that they cant hear, I know it would be hard to incorporate cardio but, do your best) Thank you

How long did it take you to get strength/how long have you been working out for? I want to gain strength not like lifting super heavy objects but more like doing push ups/exercises easier. I know everyone is different but I was just wondering around how long will it take for the exercises to start getting easier?

i have a question. is it bad to workout everyday? i have been doing it for awhile and im not seeing any differences in my body. its only about 30 minutes a day (cardio + abs. im just really trying to get rid of lower belly fat, but its not going away. by the way i eat very healthily and drink a lot of water.

I think the summer workout program is really good. It's challenge, but it's not really hard. This video also help me a lot. Thank you, and love you, Chloe. My current problem is about Diet. I eat out a lot because I hang out with friends pretty often. I don't know how do with it.

THANK YOU For the video, for workout guide and especially for saying loud that bodyweight home workouts with some extra resistance can be as effective as gym based ones The best combo is going to the gym when you want to and doing home workout when you prefer that.
