Hi Chloe, maybe you remember me (probably not) but I did your summer shredding program last year (and commented a lot. Since i was super motivated i managed to achieve all my goals and get fit and toned to my surprise i looked a lot like you which felt amazing because you are my big inspiration. but the summer went by and i fell sick in october resulting in me not working and staying in bed for longer than an entire month. my eating habits and workout schedule changed and of course, I gained weight and lost my definition. i hated my body for the rest of the year. but it is a new year now and i have reset my goals. i promised myself i wont give up on me and try again just like last year. i will make a new workout plan this evening (after studying yours intensely) and hopefully, this will give me a guide to stick to. i tried out this workout and i feel really good. although i hate seeing my thicker thighs and bigger stomach i will face myself in the mirror until my hard working shows results. you have been a big motivation for me since 2016 and i hope your videos will help me again this year I was 16/17 when i started watching your videos and I will turn 20 this friday. I want my twenties to be productive, positive and full of self love and even though i know i will struggle many times you and a group of young adults like you are giving me a strong persona to look up to. as long as i have you i know i can get through this and for this I am very thankfulHappy belated new year, Anni (:

Should I write my progress or will my comment be lost in the sea of comments; -; will anyone even read this lolAlrighty I'll write it down. Height: 163cmWeight: 105lbsGoal: To slim down my thighs and maybe lose a couple pounds, doing this workout plus some cardio every other day for a month. Day 1: Had to take longer breaks in between each exercise. O but those fire hydrant kicks and angled leg extensions _burned. my. soul. _ The funny thing is that I have my left splits so it's easier on my left side with the flexibility, but I never got my right splits since I got lazy, so it's much harder with my right leg and everything's imbalanced. Laziness has taken over me. I have failed myself TT I still do the workout plus one of Chloe's cardio workouts, but it's only 1-2 times a week and I can't be bothered with editing this comment every time (maybe I'll try to keep going but update every week. I'm more focused on working on my splits and trying to get an over-split at the moment.

Okay, here's the thing, y'all don't need some fancy leg workout to slim your legs. Here's the secret, JUMP ROPE If you jump rope for 30 minutes a day, you'll lose around 1 pound of leg fat a week (make sure to eat healthy. I know many people don't think of this but just jump rope Not only will jump roping builds lean muscles and makes the ones you already have tighter, it will result in lean and slim legs. It'll also strengthen and lean out the rest of your body, so you'll end up with a perfect body. Also it builds your endurance, so let's say your running away from a bad guy, track and field, fitness unit with the 12 minute run and shiz, you'll be able to run longer and faster. Want slim legs/perfect body? Eat healthy and jump rope. (if you eat junk food it's perfectly okay, just not too much)

Hii So I'm 14 and I'm really trying to get into this stuff and I'm pretty motivated, I just have a simple question. Should I do this every day? Or just like, monday-wednesday-friday-sunday? I also am trying to do your other workouts so I could maybe split them like ya know this one and this one at these days and the others on different days on or something? Waah, I feel like an idiot for asking such questions, also sorry if you don't get what I mean, I don't comment in English much; D

Hi I am really looking for a good leg workout and working out more. I lost like 13kg (28. 6lbs) in around a year but I only changed my diet. My legs didn't really change much and that's what I dislike. If anyone would like to recommend something please do it. I am 160cm (53) and weight 57kg (125lbs) and I wanna go down to 50kg (110lbs) since I still don't feel comfortable. I will try to update as soon as I start.

Ok, so I'm going to do this with a abs and calves workout for a week. I'm starting as: 50kg /110lbs158 cm/5'2Idk how many cms my thighs are. I have a naturally skinny/slim build but I've been gaining a lot of weight recently probably due to puberty and such and hopefully, my body will get more toned and overall fitter. Day 1: It was so hard and I paused a lot but i got through it. Obviously no visible changes
