So in today's video, I share my experience after trying the kpop diet for a week. I didn't do the extreme diets that these kpop stars did, but instead I made a few modifications to it so that I was eating sufficient and well. I actually did this diet more than 3 weeks ago now and i did it for a duration of a week. There was a lot of footage filmed over a week and a lot of commentary I had to condense so just to iterate the main point of this video is that extreme kpop diets are DANGEROUS. You do not need to go to extreme measures to lose weight. If you watch the video to the end, you can see the weight I loss even though I ate in much higher quantities than them, but yet was still able to lose weight, and on top of that, I didn't risk damaging my metabolism or going into a yoyo diet effect after it ended. Going to extreme measures in extreme kpop diets will do your body more harm than good. I lost more than 1kg in 2 days because of of all the water weight disappearing during the first couple of days, then after that it was a little bit more water weight and fat. I highly recommend anyone who's having trouble or have questions with dieting to see a dietitian as it's important to get professional help. I don't think these kpop diets like the IU diet, SNSD diet, or Jimin diet are sustainable and are extremely risky to your body. Do watch on to see my before and after weight in and results, and leave a comment below on what you think. Soo today i ate a boiled egg with abt a tbsp of cabage for lunch and a tomato juice+green tea+honey without sugar for dinner, no proper meal no breakfast (bcs i gtg right by the time i woke up) I also drink japanese green tea without sugar which taste bitter as heck i almost threw up. I counted all the calories i probably ate 200 calories or less today but i ran too, burnt abt 150 calories. im planning to eat nothing tomorrow and yes im aware that this is v unhealthy and i might die if i keep this up but dont worry im just curious and wanna try- however dying skinny isnt a bad deal JK JK SKSJJSK JK DONT Dont worry i am okay. I was insecure abt my body but right now at the moment, im not. Its totally no pressure too im not sad or anything im not bullied im not bodyshamed, this diet was all from my own wanting. This might sound sooo weird to you but i kinda like being hungry. Yes i love eating but i hate feeling full- probably bcs it makes me feel fat. Being on a diet makes me feel like i have more self control, i feel better abt myself (even tho the diet wasn't healthy sksjjs)

I used to weight 55kg and my height is 52 or 158cm Ive followed IUs diet for a week and lost 4kg with that, after that I maintained my weight for about a week until I began my second diet, the military diet, during that I lost 4kg in a week, I decided to continue following it for the rest of the month and by the end of the month I had already lost 7kg, afterwards I did the 13 day danish diet and lost another 4 kg and I was down to 40kg, mind you I also exercised for three to four hours a day at least, including workouts, dancing and martial arts training along with stretching. Ive been maintaining my weight of 40kg for almost a year however sometimes due to an eating disorder my weight drops to 37/39 kg sometimes so I have to lose some weight. However I wouldnt recommend what I did because now I have an eating disorder and face near fatal fatigue every other week. Even though Im happy with my body I still have to exercise to keep it like that along with take medicines for my health. I hope my story helped you

I am fat Even tho people disagree. (BUT I am overweight. I struggle with Fibromyalgia (Pain in my body) and my doctor recomended me to lose some weight and maybe go for a diet. It is possible to go for these diets, but it's better to eat a little bit more than they did. Because I struggled with eating disorder as a child (maybe when I was 9 untill I was 15, I got no problem with this kind of diet. Like. If I eat one small piece of bread or one banana for breakfast, it can last untill evening before I get hungry. And still I'm overweight and always been.

i started following kpop diet since May and loses some weight. After I was satisfied with my weight I went back and eat normally and I regained all the weight and a somewhat more. I decided that I would never do it again. Right now Im working out way more than before (more than 3 hours) and eat normally. My weight havent gone down yet, its really hard since my body adapts to that bad diet. (im trying my best, even though its so much harder than before) Im actually struggling itve never been this hard

I don't eat anyway, but I will do this diet 1 week of a month to get my body healthy. I will go a bit harder on myself but I will eat healthy unlike the others, maybe as Suzy's non-intense diet, which contains more food that i eat on a daily basis. I will try to eat more healthier than before, but this will be hard because I haven't ate anything new for 6 years. Yes, i have an eating disorder but I am not completely starving. I promise I am okay if any of you are worried.

I recovered from anorexia around 6 years ago, I used to eat 500 calories each day. I lost weight rapidly, in total 21 kg until I was extremely underweight. When I started recovering I started binging on everything I layed eyes on, my body was just out of control and I gained all the weight I had lost in about 1-2 months. A restrictive diet is NOT the key guys. It will mess you up physically AND mentally and it will take a while for your metabolism to stabilize.

That's not a diet there just starving themselvesLike I have an eating disorder and I know what starving looks like I ran on 0 calories for months this is really bad for u if you want to lose weight then just eat a ruff 1500 you will lose weight in a healthy way. And the reason I have an eating disorder is because of these videos please I'm telling you DO NOT DO THIS. And if your wondering I am in treatment and I'm ok

I've always been a person with a weak immunity. So my body will never handle such diets coz that'll make me sick. Plus my mom will never allow me to diet lol. I'm 5'4 and 51kgs. I look thin in general but I have a lil belly fat, armpit fat and saddle bags. So i usually eat normally but never go on such diets. I just exercise like 4 days a week if possible or more.

I'm trying to loose weight and LOOK skinny before school starts so I'm trying to eat less and healthy So I'm going to try to drink water before eating so I will be too full to eat to much and also drink water after eating so I will be full for a long time And I will just drink water at times when I am in need of a snack (I know no one really cares but still)
