Can you do a video where you tell us your normal weekly workout routine like do you ever run and how often and for how long and do you do weights or cycle alongside your own workouts. I aim to do one of your workouts every other day and then I run 5k on the other days as its the only exercise which can actually help me lose thigh fat then I try to do 100-125 leg lifts each night. I dont always manage to stick to this due to life and I find it very hard to diet because I just end up binging after a couple days and gaining more weight. Ive been trying to lose fat (especially thigh area) but gain muscle (so I dont mind if I get heavier) I would really like noticeable abs as well. So far this routine has been working slowly but I find it hard to stick to so I would love to see what you do and if you have any tips.

omg I love your workouts chloe Been following you for more than a year now. I haven't made a huge progress because I am very inconsistent, but I am really inspired by you, so I decided to workout and eat well again. Thank you for your effort and making these videos for us. I really like your videos because they really push me and make me feel like I actually did something by the end of the workout. I will try to keep up with the 8 weeks summer body series (I know it's winter, but it is never a bad time to workout): D

Omg thank you Ive been doing this for about 1-2 weeks and Ive already seen a difference. My stomach is so much flatter and my lower stomach fat is almost gone Of course Ive altered my diet a tiny bit, only cutting out loads of sweets and chocolate and fizzy drinks. I also combine it with alexis rens ab workout and then your new cardio video and Im loving my results Thank youuuu

YES Challenge accepted I love the workouts where there's little to no rest in between exercises because it forces me regulate my breathing more, I tend to stop breathing while doing reps and it's important to breathe normally/regularly for blood flow. Also every time I do your last full body blasting cardio video i'm so drenched in sweat it burns my eyes at the end lol

This looks awesome: D Unfortunately I live in an apartment, so it'll make too much noise to do a lot of these exercises. On that account, I'd like for you to do more apartment-friendly workouts: D Maybe with some kind-of noisy exercises; like, jumping lunges and -squats are quiet enough if you use a mat and make small/soft jumps. Same with mountain climbers.

So, just found you today and just finished this one (nearly killed me in some parts, intend to keep doing your workouts, really well done and easy to follow. Hopefully this year I will reach my ideal weight, have been going up and down in the last years, but I am the furthest I have been from the ideal one now. :/ Let's work it out: D

Soon Im already doing your workouts for one year and Im happy about that. I did achieve my goal a time ago but then I gained weight again so Im like starting over, but thanks to you I improved so much. I still remember struggling from up and down planks months ago and now its one of the most less challenging exercises.

I absolutely loved this workout- it was really challenging in a great way One of my favorite parts was how you showed the display of which area we were targeting and let us know how much of the video we had completed I also like how you show a video of what move is coming next. Thank you, Chloe You are SO creative

whAT THE HELL. I follow your videos since last year and I have a little bit of strength, but honestly this workout killed me, I did the entire arms and abs set without resting, but the full body workout made my heart rate up like crazy. Is this a risky sport or somETHING LIKE THAT BECAUSE I ALMOST DIED.
