Hey hey heyyy okay. I have been trying to lose weight and get in a shape for a long time and now-as everyone i spend the WHOLE day without doing anything at home bc of the coronavirus- its the perfect time for that. So i'll start tomorrow and im gonna update (i hate it when people just comment like that and don't say a single word so dw i'll update) Im 51-52 kg i want to burn my body fat and also clear my skin cuz i have acne sooo i'll eat clean, quit sugar, do some workouts, do facial and we'll see itHere is my body measurements: Waist: 70 cm: /Upper thighs: 52 cmUpper arm: 27 cm (I use cm u can turn it to inches)Soooooo yeah see u for the next update. Day 1- (51. 5 kg)

Okay, not being arrogant or anything but I'm damn lucky that I exercise because I wanted to be fit and don't pay attention to how my body looks. This comment doesn't connect with the video but lemme just share it here. My friend tried Chloe's challenge because she feels ashamed of her body. I told her that it ain't matter, but it's the healthy lifestyle. She didn't listen and does high-intensity training every day for two months. Two months later, she got her tummy cramped and she cries and then faints. Y'all, exercise is good, but your muscle needs recovery. It's not like going to the gym every day will give you a drastic gain. Something enough is better than too much.

Thank you Chloe for all of your generous workout videos and time energy put into it. Ive been doing your videos on and off but want to try a challenge now. Id like to start the flat belly challenge but there was two on your website so difficult to pick. Should I do the flat belly 30 day challenge from 2019 or the 28 day flat tummy challenge from 2020? I'm looking to get overall healthier and to get a flatter belly

it's my 14th day and i am done with chloe ting's two weeks shred challenge and to be very very honest i have noticed a visible challenge in my body shape and i have lost an inch of my belly and i am very satisfied with my belly shape as it is a lot more toned even though I was eating everything that was cooked by my mom (i ate only breakfast and dinner nothing in between) now I'll do 28 days flat tommy challenge

Dear Chloe, I am so sorry that I didn't make any video of myself before starting your 2 week shreds challenge. Today, on the last day of it, I wore the same clothes that I had worn on the first day and realized the difference. Video or no video, I have got transformed because of you. Shall keep at it and shall post next time. You are as awesome and inspiring as everyone here says about you. God bless you.

I wanna start daily vlogs too. I wanna see improvement on my body. I have this flabby legs, a bit flabby arms, a little huge belly and people would say my face looks normal but my body is bloated. I wanna be part of this hardworking girls. I wanna glow up too. Can someone tell me where can i find the schedule they're following or something?

Girl I'm doing your 2 weeks challenge from your workout calendar and I'm already seeing a lot of progress in my endurance and strength My abs feel tougher and I feel like it's not as painful anymore. Especially doing up and down planks (it's my nightmare. I'm already on day 7 doing all the workouts everyday according to the calendar

The way I stay motivated is when I watch these videos every night so I can look forward for tomorrow's workout. That's really one of the best things in working out because you look forward to the next day. When I wasn't working out I would usually be upset that there would be a tomorrow now I always look forward for a new day

Chloe omg I lost a whole inch from my waist and half an inch from my hips by following the ab workout routine. Guess how many days it took me? 3 I've been trying so many workout plans and never seen results at this speed. P. S. I worked out and did mild-dieting, resulting in such rapid weight lossthank you soo muchh

Ive been wanting to lose weight for a long time, but Ive never been motivated to do so. After hearing that the programs are affordable and free, its starting to make me feel motivated. The last time I was motivated to work out was when I was around 15/16 years old (when I had yoga as a p. e class in 10th grade.
