chloe helped me lose 5 kilos in 3 months without changing anything in my diet! i also had breaks whenever i wanted and sometimes i randomly workout vids and i didnt keep track of the 2 weeks shred, i swear it worked for me! i hope you all reach your goals, I LOVE YOU CHLOE!

I was content with not having abs for my entire life but somehow chloe s workouts have made me stay motivated and on a consistent routine and I m so close to having those 11 line abs now
