Ms Chloe, how to avoid elbow and knee bruises from plank exercises? Coz I tried your 4 wks summer shred challenge but I only endured 2 days because of the bruises I got from the exercise. I really want to continue but was forced to stop bcoz of the painful bruises. Hope you can give me some advice. Thanks!
