So I begun the Chloe ting 2 weeks shred challenge, following the free schedule on her website. I am on only day 3 today. Thank God tmr is rest day. I am so motivated especially after watching all the other ppl showing their before and after photos that I began doing the schedule twice a day! Yes, u're right. I'm doing the daily schedule videos twice a day. (Morning & night. I hope I'll see a much needed results. Wish me luck

Yes please! More food videos! It's so fun watching you in the kitchen and it lifts my mood every single time! I go back and watch all of your food videos all the time! Also, it would be so cool to see all of your recipes on one page - I seriously need some help with my nutrition and I love how you create delicious and yummy and beautiful food that is super healthy so that it is guilt-free! - and so it can help me reach my goals, lol! I started my weight loss journey last may and till September i lost 14 kgs and during last month i gained 2kg because i was busy with school. My abs and thighs are fine the problem is back and arm fat can someone recommend me a workout plan as now I'm free. I have done 2019 summer shred and lean arms challenge. Thank you.

um, does anyone else thinks she's zesting the lemon a little weird? shouldn't you use the lemon over the zester rather than the other way around? :)
