Learn how to GET RIPPED SIX PACK ABS FAST while eating only one meal a day. Wondering about intermittent fasting or the OMAD diet? This video will help. Finally get your abs to show. You'll see this 6 pack abs diet working in just a week. So if you have a sense of sarcasm you probably already got that you don't have to have a gazillion meals a day to burn fat and see your six pack. If you want to learn how to get shredded abs fast while still living your life without obsessing over eating every couple hours then this video is for you. I'm going to show you exactly how to calculate your calories and macros to burn a ton of fat without eating all day. Let me start by saying that there's nothing wrong with eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. You can eat 5 meals a day and look excellent with a chiseled rock solid six-pack. But. what if you don't want to eat 5 meals a day. Most Fitness gurus are going to tell you. well sorry you have to. its the only way. And thats just plain wrong. Believe it or not you can eat just one meal a day and burn even more fat then the person eating 6 meals. I know that sounds unbelievable because you've been hard-wired over at least the last decade to increase your meal frequency. We've all been told to eat smalls meals more frequently throughout the day, and if you don't your metabolism is gonna shut down, and your gonna lose your muscle mass, and your gonna get fat. And that's just plain untrue according to the many studies that completely disprove this point of view. Also I know this from my own experience. I started decreasing my meal frequency about 3 years ago. I went from eating five to six small meals a day for years to eating only three meals a day, then two meals a day, and for the last year and a half I only eat one meal a day and I manage to maintain my six pack year round, I haven't lost any muscle mass, and I feel great. You have to understand everyone has abs but in order to see them you have to first burn away the fat sitting on top of your abs, and when your goal is to burn fat I'm convinced that meal frequency. matters so little that it's practically negligible. To burn fat at a steady pace you have to reduce your calories by 25 percent from maintenance and You also want to make sure that your insulin levels stay low throughout the day. Well. you can cut 25 percent from your maintenance calories and reduce insulin levels eating one meal a day or eating 6 meals days. In fact insulin which is a fat storage hormone that will block fat loss. insulin is released whenever you eat so eating one meal a day has shown to help reduce insulin levels. Many people are under the impression that insulin levels only go up when you have carbs. Which is again plain wrong. So if insulin goes up every time you eat then it would make sense that if you don't eat, insulin will stay low. like really low, and really low insulin levels are optimal for fat loss which is again what we need to do to see those ripped abs. As far as the 25 percent deficit do you think it's easier to create a 25 percent deficit eating only once a day or eating six meals a day? I personally have a lot easier of a time staying at a deficit eating one meal a day because even though I'm in a deficit that one meal can be pretty big because it's the only meal im having for the whole day. Some of you might be like I could never only eat one meal a day I'll literally starve and then binge eat. And this is actually one of the major problems with any type of fasting. your appetite will go up. However this doesn't last forever and is more So of an obstacle when you first start fasting. Your body uses the hormones ghrelin and leptin to signal when you're hungry and when you're full. And those hormones are largely released on a schedule. So if you eat everyday at one o clock somehow your body is going to send you a signal that you're hungry it's time to eat at 1 o clock without you even having to check your watch. After a couple days and especially after a few weeks of fasting your body's feeding schedule adapts and the hunger becomes less intense. Like right now its almost 9 at night and I haven't eaten once today but I'm honestly not hungry at all because my body has adapted to this. When I first started I was really hungry to the point that my whole body would ache. Thats why you shouldn't just jump into eating one meal a day. Instead slowly decrease your meal frequency from three meals to two meals to one in order to manage your appetite. Now just for your information you should know that eating six small meals a day doesn't just solve the appetite problem. With

i have a real life example of mine. I m doing OMAD the last 3 months, combining that with GREEN tea and water (I rarely drink coffee.
Last few days I hurt my leg muscle a bit, so I had to stay at home and make sure I don't make it worse. Someone would think that I m used to omad so I would have no problem during those days. You re WRONG. The lack of exercise and lack of a hobby to keep myself busy made me extremely fast hungry that I had no patience to eat in the evening and I ended up eating around 1pm, which made me hungry again 6 hours later. I have discipline, so I did not cheat, but it was not easy.
So, what does that even mean, and what s my point. I came to realize it never becomes easy to OMAD (or fast 20+ h/day, if u don't have a solid daily plan/routine. The only real trick to apply, is to find something to keep urself distracted on days u re free or holidays in general. In a related note, I would suggest drinking tea when u wake up and save up coffee for a later hour that u ll really hungry but u will still have hours left to fast. So, use coffee as a tool and not a routine cause in the end, drinking too much coffee is unhealthy (scientific studies back it up)

I just jumped off the deep end and started my one meal a day by not eating breakfast or lunch but eating dinner when I got home from work which was about 4 to 5 p. m. then wouldnt eat for the rest of the night. Repeat. Its only been a week and the fat is melting off! After a few days the cravings (for anything food wise) went away. Its crazy how easy it is to train our bodies to adapt. Soon Im going to start a HIIT routine on top of eating lower carb meals and I will have my abs in no time!

I guess it really depends on individual's schedule. I'm doing a OMAD diet right now;
Sleep from 11pm to 6am,
Do a 10-15min morning workout,
Get ready for work 8am-5pm
Eat my first meal of the day during lunch time (OMAD) at 12pm,
At 5: 30pm, head to the gym for 1. 5 hours
head home 7: 30pm
Then sleep at 11pm (repeat the cycle)
Any suggestions to change this routine?

Pretty random but a eat sweets every day, ay the end of my one meal (dinner. Just a tasty cake pie, nothing more nothing less. Im assuming this is ok? Theres too much onformation on the web which leads to confusion, thats why I am asking throigh the comments section.

To make it even easier I wouldnt even want a 6 pack of abs. Thats way too much effort. I rather rock the dad bod and focus more on my squats, quads, arms, shoulders, chest, and back. You need to eat more food if you want to gain size and lift heavy weights

DUDE!
YOU ARE CHANGING MY LIFE. Im leaning out and understanding the interplay of fat and insulin in ways I never thought discernible
Mom died or essentially diabetes. I wish I had understood. I couldve help her better manage it perhaps

The only problem with keto is the weight loss is relatively slow, because you are only losing body fat and not muscle. But my current 200 pounds looks like my old 180 pounds, so I'm kind of okay with that?

According to your videos, i need 136 grams of protein to build muscle per day. How can i do this with one meal a day and not taking supplements by being a natural bodybuilder like you claim to be?
