Dont waste time in gym unless u have an extraordinary goal to reach, misery live circumstances to compensate or u are one of the few who actually likes it. A few gym visits wont change your live nor ur body, prefer spending time to change the live.

Don't go to the gym in order to obtain a body to attract women. Yeah, maybe you can get laid a few times, but it won't get you far. Women will know and therefore it will be hard for you to have a healty & stable relationship with a girl you truly like. Be disciplined, don't show off with your body more than necessary(getting your T-Shirt off in the summer when you are in public transports or in public parks, yeah it happened.
