as far as i know carbonhydrates is a top 1 thing to avoid or lower as possible while you want to lose weight, why do you recommend eating it?
after a workout/training you should never eat in the first hour or two and if you can manage dont drink in the first hour. eating right after exhaustion is how you gain weight double back.
and you should stretch before workout to avoid damage
my knowledge is outdated or what is the catch here? it was long ago i lost my fat

Hey bro help me out here,
I never stretch after my workouts. I always do intense stretching and warming up before i start my workout routine. After every workout i take i do a 15 to 20 min swim directly after that and i end my session with a 10 to 15 minute sauna. Always workd for me but i was wondering what your thoughts on this routine are ( i work out mo we and fri and take an extra swim at su )

1: 30 I Remember watching or reading a study that cholesterol is the precursor to testosterone.
3: 50 absolutely agree stretching is 60% of a workout IMO.
5: 10 dont care, 100% like a beer at the end of the day. Also read or watched a study that liver damage has a correlation between testosterones break down to dihydrotestosterone with is more androgenic and anabolic and isnt estrogenic

When I started lifting I just hit the gym, drank a protein shake and called it a day. Now thats Im a lot more serious on it the world of lifting is a whole new view. Ppl that workout just to workout dont really know just how complicated and how being a lifter can change ur daily errands, really just change ur life

Ate before your workout? I'm so calorie deficit all day that I've to eat during workout. All thanks to fast metabolism.
