Caffeine highly disturbs your sleep, and since good sleep is essential for building muscle, taking any kind of caffeine is really a bad advice. Also good luck just going from taking caffeine to not taking it for 14 days. xD I can recommend the book Why we sleep. Good sleep also reduces injuries during training.

You said that it would be good to consider taking Casein protein preworkout but how long do you think I should take it before I start a workout? 3-4 hours before a workout maybe? since its a slow digesting protein?

I ordered a bag of Carolina reapers off Amazon. That stuff should not be used his food. Once or twice I try to take a small bite before work out but its way too spicy

Hmm. the capsasian one that suppresses pain could be bad, you could be overdoing it and don't realize you are injured compared to just a little workout pain.
