Staying on track at a wedding & AMRAP tests Road to the Pro Stage Vlog 13 Szotak Andrei: If you look at Chicken breast cooked entries on mfp, it comes out more like 1, 5x. when I Cook Chicken, I lose almost half of it, I usually use up 1, 7-1, 8 kg of Chicken to get 1 kg cooked weight. Whatever, I always weigh it cooked and use that entry

Hi Jeff, love the videos, your technical and educational. Robin is a cutie and best of all your Canadian. Look forward to the clothing line. Keep up the great work and inspiration. Oh, and moose meat is delicious, but not pickled.

I multiply raw chicken by 1. 3 as well if need be. Pretty accurate. But the Kirkland cooked chicken breast entry on MFP is damn accurate with a 1. 3 multiplier already calculated in.
