Interesting guy. 26 week prep may as well just stay in good shape year round rather then diet so long then reverse diet for 3/4 of a year. Be so much easier to just stay 20 lbs off from contest shape rather then 30 lbs off. I do disagree with his belief that HIT cardio is needed or even a good idea at all. He proved he never needed it by the fact he could not use the bike due to his arthritis and knee problems from older age (i personally know all about that only in my hip not my knee. I'm quite happy dieting for 12 weeks max lol but i supose the first 14 weeks of his diet would probably be like my off season eating anyway.
