Great video overall, One of the only guys who I like to follow. Not a fan of how your eating in your off season lol but hey you clearly know what your doing and there are different ways to get the same results; . Still healthier then alot of people I did at least see some greens in there for one meal.

Bro, Really appreciate your videos but I don't think its good to believe all the macros in the labels of the products you are using to be true. It might be true to an extent but labels of some products are not even close enough to what they really are.

You might as well do decline with your back like that on the bench press. I dont care if anyone says that's powerlifting form, i have never seen a pro powerlifter lift with their back like that. You are putting your back in a very vulnerable position.

insterad of the 5 calorie ketchup try the 10 calorie no heins no sugar added ketchup its way worth the extra calories and its still half the calories of regular heins

Is it a thing in North-America to eat so much half-prepared/preprepared food? It seems super weird to me to eat precooked rice and precooked frozen chicken breasts
