Excellent interview Emily is really great at sharing both her personal experiences and what her journey has been and felt like. Down to earth and a hard worker This was a great interview for me to watch. I have been going back and forth with competing probably since I was pregnant with my son Zachary. Questioning my motives and capabilities. This opened up my mind to a few things and really has me thinking I kind of feel that itch that I started losing a few months ago: ) I am in school to become a personal trainer and I also have 2 kids, so it really is something huge to add to an already full plate, but I truly have a desire to compete and become my best me mentally and physically. Em is so on point with her advice, especially for people new to Bodybuilding and to people looking on the outside from instagram. I actually really slowed down on insta the past 2 months because I felt like I was beginning to workout just for my posts and snapchat ect. It took away from my focus, goals, and the reasons I began in the first place. Getting recognition from others feels awesome, but reaching your goals and feeling that accomplishment each day after a workout or after a difficult week (on your own) is so much more rewarding, at least for me.

I love this. This is my 2nd prep but I have realized how to find the right mindset for me and this has been an awesome journey for me. Did I have some hard times, yes but I loved this prep immensely. I am now in peak week and everyone is like you're so happy I thought peak week was supposed to be the hardest and I'm just like its all a mindset thing and it really truly is

Every single one of your podcasts are absolutely amazing. I've learned so much from listening to you and your incredible guest speakers. I seriously think IceCream4PRs is on its way to becoming very successful and well known, so don't stop the great work

Jeff un related question but I read an article by lyle Mcdonald on training whilst cutting, he said you could reduce volume down to 1/3rd of usual as long as intensity remained the same. What are your thoughts? Thanks

Love this video. Great job with the interview On snapchat you'd mentioned that you had filmed Marie Wold and Cliff Wilson for the podcast a while back. Is that still coming out? No hate, just curious: )

Emily is one of the most positive and abstract thinking bikini competitors in the industry, in my opinion. I love following her during my prep. Thanks for this Jeff: )
