Push Workout Science Explained How I Feel About the Break Up William B: My girlfriend left me because my workout science was too precise I was gathering up all kinds of exact knowledge. ALL KINDS It got to be too much and there was some jealousy issues plus I'm not the kind of guy to share all of my knowledge (some yeah ok but not all) It was all for the best since now I'm at a much higher level of workout science that most people just wouldn't even understand

I hold a degree in exercise science, and two masters degrees and I'm completing a doctorate in medicine, and my body still looks like shit. not until watching your videos did my physique begin to improve. as I always said before experience and application is second to none. thank you dr. nippard, so do you have one book for overall fitness?

Jeff I've noticed that in your more recent videos you've really cut back on the amount of volume. Is that because you put out recommendations for the general lifter who may not be as advanced or is it also that you've personally cut back on the volume because the literature suggests it may be more beneficial for you?

Hi Jeff, You don't explain push science very well, you never mention this is all about avoiding overtraining. You do tell about different plains of motion, etc maybe you should get more to the point at the beginning before the lifestyle bit you did. Anyhow liked it but then hit the wrong thumbs button; ) my mistake

JeffNippard sorry to be late to the party; ) But what hoodie and shorts are you wearing during that push day? Would love to get that outfit. Also loving this kind of content I'm a personal trainer and I'm learning more from watching your videos than I got to learn in my education

Hi there Jeff, I get a sharp pain on my trapezius muscles on both sides when I train pull ups, any insight on why this may be happening? Sometimes it happens when i train close grip Bench press also, warming up before lifting and stretching afterwards does not seem to help much

Question. I have been told that there are studies which conclude that with a 1. 5 wider grip than the scapula on a flat bench with a reverse grip increases the upper peck 20-30% more than any incline press. Might you have any information to support or debunk this?

Honestly man, she only served as a distraction to your mission. Seemed like an add on but not at all enhancing for your science-based training info. Keep this up dude Me and my wife enjoy your videos. we watch and listen regularly. Thanks

Random thought but would you be able to do a science explained on explosion workouts. Say it i wanted to train my fast twitch muscles so i would be able to jump high or run faster. I think it'd make a really interesting science explained.
