10 minute Lower Abs Workout! The best exercises for lower abs! Real time! suckerPunch5670: I'm using 8fit app without the diet part and I'm training from febuary, first two months I trained 3-4 times a week, now I do them every day. The problem is that I need to loose belly fat, it's my problem area from my childhood because I was overweight and I don't know if I should add this exercises or even if I do only them will it help me? I'm bloated almost all the time, I'm vegan from four-five months now and I eat healthy with lots of grains and veggies and fruit, also I drink lots of water. I just don't know that should I do. I'm starting to gain weight not loose it.

Just finished this circuit. It was so hard! For me at least, I literally never ever train abs, because I am very bad at them, but I am noticing that my posture is not great lately, and I feel that it is due to my weak abs. So I am challenging my self to train them now at least 3 days a week, and I'll do them with your videos, to keep me accountable thank you for the great content, love u!

I loved this routine! I like how you emphasize the importance of engaging the right muscle group! Most of the mistakes or no results come from the lack of understanding that muscle engagement is the key! My core and lower abs are on fire and I love it! Bring more of combo exercises that would include the lower body with the upper body (as a busy mom, every second is counted for me! Best

I don't know why, but no matter how hard I try, I can't feel it in my lower abs. I have a strong core since I have been doing abs for a couple years now, my back is always pushed into the ground, but I can never feel it. it is really frustrating, any tips? Really hard to properly engage my abs and push the lower back in the same time. gosh idk it makes me feel like giving up

It's pivotal to get the abs in the right position. I see so many people flailing around at the gym, using momentum rather than strength and not engaging the correct part of the body. Slow and controlled is the way to go. You don't need to do extreme movements, a small range of motion, most times, is the most effective. This is an informative video.

Kicked my ass, again. I love how you instruct. Could you do some more variations as well that don't put pressure on the coccyx? I love the leg extensions but it really tends to hurt my tailbone. Or if you have any suggestions for how I could do those types of moves differently? Thanks for making this vid, loved it! :)

Today I don't have time to go to the gym and my motivation for a home workout wasn't that big. I just did this workout and it was hard. Feeling so much better now and I have got some motivation back so maybe I can do a bigger workout later the day
Thanks Maddie

I have been working out a lot more lately. I love it and your videos. But it seems like whenever I do leg lifts or butterflys I cannot keep my back straight. It arches and I cannot seem to fix it. Any suggestions?
