I love how there's no breaks in this workout. Sometimes I feel like some video workouts are too structured around on and off times that the intensity is barely there and it doesn't feel like you're working out, especially when the on interval isn't that intense. Thank you for your awesome workouts Maddie! I'm ready for more!

I love this woman! Doing her abs and legs workouts have worked wonders for me. I love that you can do ten minutes of concentrating on one area of your body. I add these exercise after my 30mins cardio. Keep up the good work Maddie. You're a star!

Maddie, l need help. I had 3 Caesareans and l already had a big tummy before then. Now, its embarrassing and l want to be healthier. I admire you so much. Its been a year and a half since the last baby. .

this one is effective. I just have to get used to it. also, when I am not ready for a certain portion, I would just have to keep repeating one of the other steps that felt more comfortable to my body

I normally really enjoy these workouts and they are normally super effective but for some reason this one was only really working in my lower back. I just dont get it?
