i do other exercises too so
Mon: Upper body,
Wed: Abs,
Fri: Lower Body.
Tue, thu, sat - Cardio, HIIT, Tabata
in addition to 15 mins stretch everyday and 1 hour only stretching on Sunday's.
So could it be possible for you to make 15 mins upper body, lower body, both combined videos each
and also Full body stretch for 45-60mins?

I wanted to thank you for this - so much! There are a lot of beginner stretch videos out there but this one was the easiest to follow/actually get myself to do.
Im very out of shape and have fibromyalgia, so this served as a workout for me today. Im sore, but in a good way. I already feel the relief in my hips after years of neglecting to stretch them. Im going to challenge myself to do this every day - and hopefully someday very soon ill be able to do actual exercises. Thank you!

How long does it take to start seeing improvements in flexibility? Im a cyclist and have never stretched very much, but attempting to follow along with this has made me realise quite how inflexible I am. It has also made me commit to improving, Im convinced it will benefit me on the bike and in other ways. So guys, how often and for how long should I be stretching or doing other yoga videos and when might I see positive results?

I worked out my legs 2 days ago for the first time in a long time, and I felt extremely sore the next two days. I was stretching with what I could remember but it wasn't relieving the pain. After I did this for 15 min I feel so much better not just around my legs by throughout my whole body! This was great and I look forward to adding it to my daily routine. It wasn't hard at all, thank you!

OMG its the first time I do this routine and for the first time in my life I was able to touch my toes! These past 2 weeks Ive been doing some flexibility routines that I found here on youtube but I was never able to touch my toes and today I decided to do this video after my workout and Im sooo happy now! Thank you maddie!

Ive started working out and stretching everyday during quarantine and I feel amazing I have never been so comfortable and free in my movement before I have never been able to OMG almost lift my leg next to my head and now I can thats CRAZY my dance teacher is gonna be proud when I return

Hi and thank you very much for putting this stretch routine up. Youve delivered it at a nice pace & with your relaxed manner. Ive been using this regularly recently during the COVID lockdown. Im 56 yrs & I want to keep & increase my flexibility-since as you say its really important!

Hey there, just wanted to say this video has really helped my mind and body wellness while I've been working from home during quarantine. I have even started a daily group video stretch with coworkers! Starting to get into some of your workout vids now. Keep it up!
