A 20 minute at home workout to tone your belly and round your booty! Entirely equipment free! Sadie: Okay I am going to try to do this at least 4-5 times a week and hopefully I can do updates ahah.
some notes, I'm not necessarily eating well LOL, but I will try to drink more water. Also the first couple days I may cheat on some of the workouts because i havent worked out in awhile cus of corona
May 18: holy crap I'm sweating like crazy and the first two things were super hard. Didnt have a hard time keeping up tho which is good.
May 19: I wasnt really sore today, but usually it kicks in the second day for me so tomorrow I'm probably gonna be dead. Obviously didnt see any results since it's only been one day. And the workout was not any easier haha. But I'm glad I got through it.
May 20th: okay idk if it's just me seeing things or maybe it's this pair of leggings but I can see a very small difference in my butt. The workout was a little easier today, but I am definitely sore like I said i would be yesterday. But that's okay haha.
May 26th: okay so I kinda started this on a bad week because I was gone the whole weekend. But I'm back to the grind lol. Basically lost any progress I made: /
May 27th: alright today was not super easy, plus I dont like working out in front of my family and they kept walking in LOL. I skipped the wall exercise because of it.
May 28th: no results but should probably stop eating crap LOL. This workout REALLY makes you sweat tho kjmnksk

Dont rate this workout at all. She barely even explains what shes doing - so cant really put some of the then into my fitness app. Also, with some of the leg raises you are far too quick and someone is generally going to pull their back - people reading this comment if your back hurts from any of those raised leg exercises then google alternative ways, you must have your back in perfect position, so switching between each set so quickly means someone out there may not realise that. Theres definitely better videos then this

Love these workouts but my suggestion would be to avoid the whole 'don't get lazy! ' comments. They really get to me - I don't think anyone trying these workouts is lazy, simply by virtue of giving them a try! I know what you're trying to convey, but perhaps say things like 'only X second left, don't give up now! ' or 'don't let your back fall' or something a bit more encouraging? Might just be me, but I don't appreciate the insinuation of being called lazy whilst I'm trying my very hardest!

LOVED! I'm a 40 year old beginner working out for pretty much the first time in my life (out of Corona boredom and actually having the time while laid off) and have tried several booty workouts recently that all just wrecked my thighs. This is the first that I actually felt it in my booty. No repeat moves/sets of the same reps, so it stayed really fresh and interesting, yet it was still really easy to follow. I will definitely be repeating this one and checking out other MadFit workouts!

Lets see how long I can do this
Day 1: Im dead. half the time I just laid there exhausted
Day 2: wayyyy better than yesterday but still dead
Day 3: I dont feel as bad after the workout
Day 4: I did very good today! I only had to take a few breaks and I dont feel bad at all: -)
Day 5: I didnt do it today.
Day 6: I am very proud of myself for not giving up!
Day 7: I am finding excuses.
Day 8: again.
Day 9: I DID IT. I did very well!

Critique thing I guess? (I like to do these because I always personally look for comments like these before I do your workouts) I LOVED this one. It got me burning in all the right places. I was going to do my normal glute workout but I wanted to try something new. This is definitely intense! I also was really happy because I didnt have to do it two times in a row LMBOOOO. Overall great intense workout!

Hi MadFit! Really enjoying your workouts each day. The moves often look easy, but when done correctly you really get maximum results and can feel it for sure! Wondering if you might have, or might be able to do a 30 minute abs and booty workout? I have a shoulder injury so am limited with upper body workouts and always looking for new stuff for my lower half! Thanks so much. :)

I thought it would never get easier but I made it! I have done these along with some other work outs of both hers and ones I find to mix it up and I felt it was easier today. Disclaimer I do have to modify some things because I have something torn in my hip (like any leg lifts on back and the plank leg lifts) but I still managed to get through so work hard it pays off!

Omg ive tried so much workout on youtube and its ok but i barely sweat and never feel sore. This one. mygod i did the entire 20min and i was dripping and woke up sore! Just love it! (No pain, no gain) so this one makes my body work exactly where i want it to (lose belly fat and have a firm booty) im gonna keep doing this for sure

Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.
