That woman surely taught me to use my muscles. and years later, my legs are pliable like a rubbber band, but lost sight in discipline and a lot of techniques.

I'm really trying everything I can to keep my abs engaged and the small of my back on the floor but exercises like these are still affecting my lower back and making that muscle ache way more than my abs.
I've watched every single video there is on proper form, how to tense and tuck in but I just can't make it stop even though my back is definitely on the floor.
I'm really running out of faith now, do you have any tips?

I honestly love your positivity! its amazing to see a person who actually motivates ppl to keep going and trust the process, bro the fact you said to enjoy your workout rather than looking out for the end result, motivates me differently! ever since I started watching your workouts, I actually enjoy doing them, rather than punishing myself to workout! keep it up sis: )

I just want to thank you. Your video has transformed my body. The first time I tried I literally could not even hold my legs up for more than 3 seconds without crying in pain but after weeks and weeks I'm better at it and I feel stronger. Thank you!

Im on day 3 and I'm definitely feeling the pain but im getting better I gave up the last two days but I was able to finish the workout completely. ill add to my progress and update it everyday hopefully I don't forget. :)
