An intense full body workout to get you sweating and your muscles burning in only 20 MINUTES with NO equipment Shosho: Day 1: Today is my first day, I need motivation peeps, if I get 30 likes Ill do it for a month! And btw I definitely recommend and it isnt that hard; ) good luck!
Day 2: today it was superrrr hard like my body felt soooo damn soreee I felt like crying but I didnt. Good luck guys
Day 3: hey guys today it was. Easier than yesterday and Im actually burning a lot of fat, wish me luck.
Day 4: hey guys today it wasnt very hard neither very easy it was in between, I sweated a lot and so should you thats why I recommend you to drink 1 litre of water before this workout, good luck! ;)
Day 5: today it was absolutely easy and fun! Ive always been fit so its kinda getting easier throughout the time but I definitely recommend! My butt legit looks bigger no joke I promise, good luck; )
Day 6: hey guysss today it was really easy and I absolutely enjoyed this work out, I didnt see much progress tho! My stomach is less bloated thank god; )
Day 7: heyyy guysss I lost 1kg and Im actually really proud of myself my goal is to lose 1 kg every week and I weight 70 kg my goal is to become 60 kg and I will workout for 10 weeks and tell you guys my results and dont forget that this requires a healthy diet. Wish me luck!

Hi Maddie, I've been religiously following your workouts for about 3 months now and I've seen results pretty quickly. I do have certain concerns, I copy your moves pretty on point and have been feeling pain in knees at times, how can I make sure I have the correct posture in some of these workouts? i. e not let my knee pass my toe when doing a squat?
Thank you for helping me push myself and realize i'm pretty capable of doing these moves even though i'm a bit overweight. Would you by any chance suggest anything less strenious but equally effective for someone with my slightly heavy frame? ( I weigh 147 pounds at 5'1, want to get down to 140)

wow. I love doing your 15min or 20min workouts before I go to college every day! I have been struggling to stay fit and find time to exercise during school because I would be at school from morning till afternoon, then Id have to come home and attend to a buttload of homework: ( many of the short workout videos I found on YouTube werent hard enough or didnt make me sweat enough in a short amount of time. But yours really make me sweat and burn and the next day, Im sore! its such a great feeling, your vids really fit to my schedule and they are the perfect intensity! Thank you so much for making these vids!

Thanks, Maddie! I truly appreciate what you're doing here.
Your workouts are effective! They are well organized and timed. The only thing your videos are missing though is communication. If you could talk through the movements that would be extremely helpful! Things like counting down, a reminder to breath, and continues instruction throughout the video: Left, right, up, down, bend, crush. etc. Also, more motivation is always the best way to keep someone interested. (Side note: at the beginning of the video, you mentioned nothing about needing a wall)

I got through (with a pause and skipping half the video) but considering this is the second time in almost two years I'm attempting a working out, I think I can be proud of myself. Anywho I've bee feeling very stressed lately and hope that some exercise might help.
Also, to all the young girls who are insecure about their body and weight, please don't. Honestly, I've been there and it's not worth it.

Great workout! However, I would like to have like 3-4 sec in between every exercise because I am not very familiar with the type of exercise and my body also needs to adjust (while I am trying to adjust, you already did like 5 reps. /sad face/. Finally, I want to say that this is a great workout if you want to burn carbs and sweat like I did.

Thank you! I enjoyed the full body workout. I found the cardio at the beginning took the wind out of me so I wasnt putting my full effort in all my muscles for the balance of the workout. My bad. took a couple day break, should ease myself back in the first time back from a break. Have a great day and I cant wait for more videos to work out to!

I've been doing your Madfit workouts for months and by rotating them I NEVER get bored! This one today had my whole body BURNING! Feels fantastic, thanks for all of your hard work Maddie! I'm spreading the word to all my Mommy friends who can't get to the gym. There's NO EXCUSE not to fit these great 20 minute sweat-fests into your day!
