A 12 minute high intensity interval training / cardio style workout to target the FULL BODY at home! Lemorah: lots of nice sweattttt thanks haha.
1) MUSIC:
Could you possibly put some nicer music in the backround like songs. only cause it makes it so much more fun. But i do still like the advise to each exercise, as that's me know what i might be doing wrong.
2) Maybe some reminders through out like keep your bum tight IN WORDS on the screen.
! Or an image of the the bodies muscles, highlighting which muscles are being used in that excerise, so we know, and use them.
This would be so cool!
Lastly can i ask- whats the best meal to have a night. so you don't gain fat. but stay healthy. do you know?

Hi. I need advice.
Im a 15 y/o girl and im trying to lose belly fat and a bit of weight. Ive been doing some ab and full body workouts for the past few weeks. I know this stuff takes time but these workouts dont seem to help. So i searched does ab workouts burn belly fat. And most of the website says no and you should try hiit and cardio.
So can someone pls explain this and advice me

Im mad because I havent been able to workout everyday due to not being at home or an insane load of homework and I hate excuses, but Im determined to keep doing the days as they come out. After Im done the remaining days Im going to go back and do the days I missed because I dont want to cheat myself! Ahhh I hate missing workouts!

I have been looking for the perfect home HITT workout for ages, and you have nailed it! Was out on my porch in the humid Sydney weather, and man what a killer workout! I took it slower, as much older and flabbier then you, but wow get's the heart pumping. thank you for creating this!

What an AMAZING workout. So many HIIT workouts are either too hard for me to the point I can barely do modifications, or theyre too easy and I dont sweat much. This was the perfect amount of challenge to me, Im growing to love your videos more and more as I do them!

I've been doing this workout every couple of days for the past two weeks, and I can already see some improvement! Now I'm actually finishing the entire workout without pausing it, and I feel really great after doing it. Thank you so much for this workout!

Hey Maddie! I totally love your workouts, they are fantastic and very inspiring! Unfortunately I struggle a lot with mastering full push-ups. Maybe you could dedicate an episode to this topic and show different modifications/variations?

Did this one after the 30 min full body dancer sculpt workout (which was fun but didn't feel like I pushed myself enough I guess. Now I am a sweaty mess! Thank you! Definitely like the HIIT style workouts.

I'm really sweating after this workout! I had to improvise with the backward lunge and twist on my right leg because I have an old knee injury there, otherwise a wee bit more practice and a definite revisit!

still one of my favourite workouts. I prefer most of your old ones better as they seem to be more intense. Maybe you could do a few new advanced style workouts in the future: )
