A 15 min intense abs at home workout that is equipment free and will tone that tummy! antonia: the good thing you feel the burn and you can feel the effectiveness, the bad thing is that your routines are for people that already have good core strength. It would be a better video if you could give an option to the exercises that clearly need more practice such as almost all the exercises from the second routine. Not everyone can pull their back into the floor, especially if you are a beginner or have almost no core or low abs strength.
It would be good to do this in every video you make since all of them are for more experienced people

I loved the work out! I missed the one from yesterday so today I I doubled up! I would just say try to be careful on the neck strain in the first circuit because I could barely do the toe touches my neck hurt so bad haha other than that everything was great! :)

Thank you! this killed me in the best way and i could only do half of yesterdays workout- for now! but you're really getting me off my ass and i was having a bad mind day but then i remembered- today is day two! keep it up, you're brilliant: )

Oh my this was a killer! I LOVE IT! Had a hard time getting through the 3rd round and struggled doing the last round. So definitely doing this one over and over till I get through it all with no struggle! Thank u so much!
