
10 MIN TONED ARMS WORKOUT (At Home No Equipment)

Day 2: Really hard because my arms are so achy
Day 3: Arms sore but getting better. Definitely feeling stronger
Day 4: Getting a lot better at it and my arms look a lot more toned
Day 5: Can do everything but the hovers
Day 6: Can now do proper push ups (on feet) without collapsing. Quite painful today still but feel a lot stronger
Day 7: Doing anything i feel a lot stronger
Day 8: Can almost do all the time for the holds
Day 9: This actually works. I have done one round everyday and im losing weight and looking and feeling stronger. I definitely recommend doing this.
Day 10: Im still doing this everyday. My triceps are very painful today though.
Day 11: Can finally do the full length for the holds! Tip: If you find the hold difficult lift your bottom up a bit it helps

Hey, I know this video happens to be old but if anyone reads this Id be so grateful! I recently started to work out and was hoping to build muscle mass on my arms which are my biggest physical insecurity ( they are literally twigs I put on weight nicely everywhere else and my arms stay like sticks) have tried this workout but I have so little muscle on the arms that I shake and collapse and it says beginner: / is there no hope for me if I cant even complete this effectively? Any advice on how to ease myself in, i am so determined to give my arms some volume. Thanks to anyone who happens to read and reply xxx

This was soooooo hard it's 00: 26 here and I'm sobbing.
I'm going to make this my accountability diary
Day 1: did like 20 seconds of each rep and spent the rest of the time panting and cursing Ben and Jerry for putting me in this situation.
Day 2: better than yesterday but since I'm typing this when I'm supposed to be doing the exercises I'll let you be the judge.
Day 3: nada
Day4: I started at 23: 52 and ended at 23: 57. Do with that what you will

I found your workouts at the beginning of lockdown because I'm injured and can't do my usual running and biking. I have to say they've kept me going. Your core workouts were so challenging to start with but I stuck with them and loving that my core is strong now too. The arm workouts are good and quick but definitely effective as my arms have become more toned too. Keep the routines coming please!

You are saving me during this quarantine - I am clearly out of shape - these are kicking my ass. uh _technically_ I did 3 rounds
I did 2 diffrent arm workouts (those including a dumbell)
I can't believe I did the whole hovering thing! And I bounced from left to right for some good 7 seconds
but then in the one armed planks my arms kept on mini collapsing but I pushed through with putting my weight on my obliques rather than arms

I did this set 4 times through since my swimming is cancelled. I'm writing this 2 days after i did the workout since yesterday i had no feeling in my arms and hands. i think this definitely killed my arms. quarantine sucks. cant wait to get back to swimming. using maddie every night for the next few weeks. cant wait for tomorrow. :D

Madfit Maddie, love the short intense bits of exercise! In this video we do a couple of exercises that bear bodyweight w/ on the hands while the should joint is open and positioned below the elbow. Q: open shoulder while bearing weight is an opportunity for shoulder injury, yes? Modification?

Just did 2 circuits; this one and standing abs! I'm thinking about doing a third but am sore from yesterday's 30min full body so I'll probably call it quits now. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I've always said you can get mad fit without equipment and I LOOVEE that you're proving it!
