Try this equipment free 20 min total body workout! Tone, sculpt, and strengthen at home! Nelcit: If I do these video 5 times a week for a month. Would anyone be interested in me posting a video with my results?
Update: One month
Starting weight- 147
Current weight - 147
I know I had said I was going to make a video with my results, but so far there hasn't been any change.
I've done the video 4 times a week and I also started doing the 30 day summer marathon (I'm currently on day 17. Physically, there is no change but my endurance has definitely improved. I am going to keep on doing this for a bit longer and I'll update again. If anyone has any questions I'll be glad to answer.

Thank you for all your videos! I love the no equipment HIIT exercises best. I do the 20 minute ones, but I wouldn't mind 25 minutes! I also appreciate when it's intense but there's a less intense alternative, like how we could do your crazy burpees or just regular burpees. Since I usually do the same workout for a week, I started out with the regular the first day and then went to the more intense ones. So thanks again!

This one kicked my butt and really pushed me as I am just starting my exercise journey! I do have a question about the cardio workouts though - I have been following your workouts for a month now and I can only get in half the amount of reps as you. In these fast pace workouts is it better to do as many as you can do just a few with perfect form?
You seem to do both and a girl cant keep up!

OOOOO this was fire. Sweating my ass off. Thank you for posting these! I quit sculpting yoga 'cuz it was too expensive, and I have been working out in my basement to your workouts, 90% of the week! You do such an amazing job with these real-time workouts. LOVE IT AND YOU

Not sure why some comments say this is hard, its awesome! Its not hard at all, and it does give you a good sweat! Maybe for those that think is hard look to follow, first look at the exercise then pause the video for 5 sec and then follow the 45 sec after.

When I saw the first exercise: 'Who do you think I am! '
But in seriousness, I love your vids. I've actually started to see definition in my body since following your workouts, much more noticeable changes than when I actually went to the gym.

This one seems to try to squeeze too many things into one and turns out to be hard to follow - the result of failure to follow _a series of operations_ is failure to focus on the exact muscle and failure to do those simple movement _right_.

This workout needs more coordination than others, and I think I need to try it 3 or 4 times I feel before I master it (hopefully, difficult ones for me, were plank with leg thru, squat touch toe and twist, plus the jump up burpee

I really appreciate how you gave instruction for modifications or less intense versions of the exercises as well. It is helpful for someone like me that falls right in the middle of not quite a beginner, but not advanced yet.
