MadFit I really am enjoying your videos. I just discovered them a couple of days ago and I did the 30 min stretch yesterday and then today, I did this warm-up, your 20 min low impact HIIT, and your 15 min cool down and stretch. I must say that I am terribly out of shape and I had to modify a few of the exercises due to having a bad right knee, but I was still able to do most of the exercises and got in a successful workout. Your videos are easy to follow, so thank you!

I have a question and I hope youll answer me: )
Do you also lift? Because my bf told me I cant be as toned as your body if I dont lift. But I always fight with him because everytime I lift Im gaining weight physically, Im serious and I mean real bulk and fat but when I stop I get back to my real shape. And I eat healthy on a daily basis. I need to know if you also lift or just doing a no equipment workout regularly?

Note to anyone new to exercise warm up should only be at about 40-60% of your maximum or 3-4 rate of perceived exertion out of 10 (10 being your max and 0 being youre lying in bed doing nothing! This will probably be too intense so chill it out by not jumping as much, go slower etc. Remember its just a warm up not a workout!

If you don't exercise regularly, this is not the right warm-up for you. These exercises have to be done in a controlled manner and you should also stretch first instead of just throwing your legs and feet in the air. Otherwise, you will strain your muscles and wake up the next day with muscle cramps.

Hi Maddie! I saw on your lower belly workout video that you cant really spot reduce fat. However, I really want to know what I can do to reduce my lower belly fat. I remember you saying you should incorporate more cardio and hiit workouts and I want to know if jump roping would be a good exercise?

I'd love to see workouts for postpartum mommies, just gave birth to my son and I'm eager to get back into the game after my six week check. Only problem is jumping workouts aren't post partum recommended for the first few months at least: (

for the people who are doing an intense workout, this is NOT enough I would suggest watch another one for an intense one as this barely stretches your upper body. overall this is a good warm up for not-so-intense workouts
