A 15 minute, beginner friendly, equipment free upper body workout that you can do at home! For arms, chest, back, and shoulders! randomgirl013: Can you do a video on foot shuffles? I've been following your videos for almost 6 months now and I still have no idea how you do those. When I try to do them, the look clumsy, I never get the rhythm you do. And it mostly makes me feel like I can't breath because my head is upside down. My legs hurt. They don't burn. They hurt. It's painful. And not once have I ever felt my arms being worked out. I'm sure I'm doing it wrong, but I don't understand how to do it.

Thanks for this. I have an issue with my right upper trap making pushups and hard upper body work impossible. So i mainly focus on road biking for calorie burn and your ABS workouts (that i love. But these exercises are great for me! Ii can do almost all of them without feeling the pain that i feel with a normal pushup or other body workouts. Bookmarking this one, thanks and have a good one!

I'm a pro beginner, and I've been inspired to follow the 100 days of sweat challenge that's all the rage. Your videos are incredibly helpful for getting sweaty. I'm going to work on being able to do all of the exercises in your videos (that I can, because I skipped through to the ones I could do. I'm really grateful for you! First day done, 99 to go. I hope it turns into a habit.

So I just finished this workout (Im going to feel it tomorrow for sure) but something I found was that my wrists gave out before anything else, is there anyway I can increase my wrist strength? I have RSI from working as an illustrator and my wrists hurt all the time but during this they just felt like they were on fire instantly

Thank you soooo much for this workout! I've been living out of a hotel room on and off most of this year since my mom's been in the hospital (long story. There's no gym here, and I've been feeling like all around crap lately. This workout is EXACTLY what I needed for a pick me up, and I'll be back! Thank you so much!

Hey I have a quick question. How often a week should I work core because I dont wanna get overuse injury since my core I was planning on using your videos for them plus others. Should I do it every other day or should I do upper abs one day and then lower abs the next day?

That was a great workout, just finished it. but I am missing one thing. you used to have this TaDaaa music at the end of each exercise and you don't any more. I miss it, it gave me a feeling of accomplishment, like good job girl. It will be nice if you could bring it back.

Hi Maddie, I'm amazed by your workouts, I was never into these youtube workouts. I only tried yours to stay fit during the quarantine - after only one week I managed to do 10 real push-ups - thanks so much! Stay safe. Sending love from Austria
