Hey Maddie.
I'm not overweight and i do have good BMI as well.
But i suffer from lower belly fat. can you suggest a workout routine for me.
Lately I've realised that I need to include cardio or without that there's not gonna be much difference and I'm so happy that I understood this. but i have questions.
Like how many days of cardio should i be doing?
And can i do cardio and at home workouts on alternate days. Or should i be incorporating cardio in my everyday workouts.
I usually follow your 10 min ab routine daily and since a week started cardio but not sure how to do it rightly.
Please help. thank you

thank you so much for this! it's hard to find good home workouts suitable for knee injuries. tore my ACL at the start of the year and it's been a struggle to find exercises that accommodate that. I love your song workouts too! I just substitute some of the knee intensive moves for something more manageable. keep it up!

Really appreciate your workouts during this stay-at-home period. Quite honestly I'll probably keep doing some of these even when I get back to my boxing gym, to supplement my workout. They are simple, they are effective, very easy to follow, and offer a no-frill 15-20 minutes of pure sweat. Thank you!

Thank you so so much for this video. I have joint hypermobility which means my knee joints are incredibly flexible which causes terrible pain and stiffness if overworked. Its so hard to find bum and leg workouts that are easy on the knees so Im so so so grateful for this video x

This was perfect! Did it 3X! LOVED: no repeats in the 10 min so doing it 3X didnt get boring, I was able to bump up to higher weights/band based on my level, safe for my knees usually means safe for ankles and I have an ankle impingement but want to stay fit and toned!

More knee friendly workouts please! Since being at home my leg workouts are so limited with my knees! (I've had two surgeries on them both within the last 4 years and five total) The ones you have up are great but I'm doing them so often I need something new (:

This workout was amazing I do squats and lunges but really I need a break from them! I love your workouts and I do them for 3 years now I think. I have a huge result in my body ever since I started working out from you. love you girl!

I have osgood schlatters disease and so squatting and bending my knees lots when working out is out of the question unless i want to end up doing physio again so this was really helpful because i still want to be active: )

thank you for knee friendly I have quadriceps tendinitis and whenever I squat, run, and many other movements, my knees are killing me( when I squat I don't feel my muscles burning I actually feel my knees)

It wasnt that hard the day i first did it but the next day i was sore. Mostly back of my thighs and just a little bit of the lower part of my butt ( i also did some other workouts so maybe thats why im so sore)
