Also a video about the different things u should do according to what ur goals are. For example weight loss do i do more HIIT or more LISS workouts. And what do i do for fat loss but muscle gain. yk? Just about how all this stuff works cuz i'm getting super confused. great workout as always i'm dripping love u a lot! Thx for all the inspiration

Love it! Is there any way you could start or suggest a challenge following your videos with examples of workouts we can combine? It really keeps me motivated!
A friend of mine really got into yoga when she started the 30 days of yoga from Yoga with Adrienne. And I'm starting a Chloe Ting challenge (she gives a schedule to follow on her website) but I'm such a fan of your videos I would 200% follow a program if you start one!

A great workout that my wife and I have done this morning. We use your videos alot. you have the best mix of exercises that generally incorporate some sort of stretching movement. perfect for us. Thanks, and please do keep these coming.
If you can do any more that involve a great deal of mobility with the weights, or even just body weights, that would be perfect.

You look so fantastically lean and fit! I can't believe what you can do. I'm 61 and I'm not quite that flexible, but I'm going to do my best! I have knee issues and was wondering what to do instead of the jumping jack squat? I like this video. You're incredibly fit and beautiful.

First off, I loved it! I think having combined muscle groups working was so time efficient. At the same time they were not overly complicated. Often the combined routine can get out of sync for those of us who arent as coordinated =) Thank you for this workout Maddie!

Could you do a week in your life of workouts? Like your usual workout routine each day during the course of one week just so we could get an idea of what muscle groups you work on what days (if you do target a particular area each day) and how you spend the time.

Hi, thank you for the vid! But please check the position of your elbows in extention, it might not be bad to work on better stabilization of your elbow, it seems like wuite a bit hypemobility.
