guys, please help! various ab exercises (like 13: 11) - I cannot do! I mean, ofc I can but my lower back is so bent upwards that when I lower my legs, I am sliding down the matt. I know they say squiz your core, it will help to ground yourself down sorta thing, and I do, it kinda helps, but my back is still bent and I feel like I am not getting the most out of these on the floor ab workouts - any tips?

If you're on quarantine and you don't have equipment, these workouts are great for beginners and intermediate. You can pair the workouts to challenge yourself even more. You can also incorporate a 30 minute walk to get extra cardio! She also has hiit workouts where you can sweat quite a bit. I do the hiit every other day and do 2 of her strength training workouts every other day to stay fit!

See the issue is that for most of these exercises, I can't perform them to the extent you can because I don't have the muscle and stamina to and usually if I can't perform the exercise the way the person in the video is. I just give up on working out. This time, I'm just going to pull through and perform it however shitty/best I can for myself and hopefully reach your level eventually!

Hi, have you considered making your rest periods a few seconds longer so you can do the demo before the actual interval time starts? I end up having to pause several times to see how the exercise is done and that cuts into the time to do the exercise for the 45 seconds. Thanks for your videos!

This workout kicked my ass Im out of breath and sweating! Im gonna do this every day
Update: its been about a week and Im already seeing changes in my body! Truly didnt believe that I would see results this quickly motivation to keep going

I just want to thank you. I've been doing one of your workouts a day followed by your inflexible flexibility stretches. I am much more flexible and getting stronger. Thanks for making quarantine a positive for me and Im sure many others

I appreciate you taking your time to film this for everyone. I wouldve loved to be able to hear the timer because I am not constantly looking at my phone and its very difficult to know when to stop and start. Again thanks

Such a great workout! It feels great and the breaks in between help so much for me personally to catch my breath and collect myself. Many moves I have never done before and feel like Im goi to be sore tomorow!
