a big thank you for the great workout routines. I mostly do the abs workouts as soon as I wake up and for the first time in my life (at 47 years old) i have a full six pack! (also thanks to a proper diet of course. Great job to both of us I would say. Regards, Marco

So excited to try this. I'm just curious with all the workouts you do, how do you avoid injury and muscle strain? Because my muscles get pretty sore.
