GET Divyesh: Today is my 14th day doing this and I bet I love sliding up my tshirt and flashing my abdodminals in front of mirror it does change my looks even though i only do one set everyday because I'm living away from home and I don't have normal food in-take so I'm not going extra mile doing the second round as well. I guess I will keep posing here weekly to show my progress.

The beginning is way too much talking when you have exactly what you are saying in the description. Just saying. Even though I can do these exercises, and I incorporated these into my routine for a total body workout, there are people with back issues and you should also have modifications for those individuals, which would help many that watch you.

Girl you have been killing me this week. But I love it! I just have to keep it up and wait for summer results! Been out of the gym for a half a year and I see a diferrence on my body. So going back in shape with you has been so much fun! my abs are burning now. thanks ahahhha

Im 42. This is literally the 1st workout I have ever done that engaged my lower abs TOTALLY, WHILE ALSO carefully keeping by lower back from getting injured! NOTHING ELSE has WORKED! FINALLY a safe lower abs workout that actually works. This one actually WORKED the lower abs and HEALED my lower back! Thank you, Maddie!

After a few weeks of doing the 15 min abs I thought I should finally graduate to the 20 min one! Going to start counting the times I complete this workout just like the last one. I feel like my lower abs need the most work so here is where my time and energy will be spent most wisely. These videos are great!

Hi, thanks for bunch of great excercises! Love them all. I would like to as for back excercises too. We all know that ABS workouts should ideally be followed by back strength exercises. So how about making 20-30min video with half abs-half back excercises? Haven't seen something like that yet. Thanks

Fat loss is ALL about diet. period. You can lose weight/fat by simply eating right. I know people that have become lean and didn't exercise AT ALL. Clean eating is key. I love how people that have NEVER had to deal with being over weight have all the answers to proper fat loss. SMH.

I definitely felt the burn but have a question in exercise 2 the side one where you bring the leg to your arm you said to push your lower back into the mat Im confused on how to do that when your on your side. Maybe Im doing it wrong

I really love this workout! It is not too easy or too hard and you are really motivating! Thanks for uploading so often, I dont like doing the same workouts very often and thanks to you I always have new content to make my abs burn!
