15 Min Full Body Stretch & Cool Down Routine Phuti: I love this cool down. It has been hard getting back into working out and making the conscious decision to get in shape but once we were on lock down and I found that I couldn't use my bi-weekly competitive sports game to keep fit, I needed something to help me get stronger and recover from the endless injuries that I have had. This and all your other workouts inspired me and I'm glad to say that I look forward to more ballet inspired and yoga stretch workouts.

Hi MadFIt - i am loving your workouts during this stay-at-home time. I want to leave a comment quick here so i don't forget. I would love a 'quick 15-min stretch' or 20 min cool down stretch for legs/splits/dancers after your legs workouts, so i can really get motivated to do my splits again. if YOU do it -I Can too: ) your videos are calming yet motivating. i love the post edited music and you timer, and not too much talking: ) cheers

Thank you Maddie for this amazing stretch routine! Ive been doing these exercises for a month now, almost on a daily basis, and the results are awesome. I can reach my toes which was an impossible thing to do just few weeks ago. I feel incredibly empowered, happy and relaxed every time I do this routine! :)
Shoutout to everyone dealing with knee, hip, lower back pain. start doing this, and youll feel amazing!

Could you make a 10 minute cool down video?
Currently combine this (as you suggest) every day with your 10 minutes warm up and a 20 minutes workout, but with breaks and switches my whole work out is now creeping towards an hour. Would be great if it would fit in 45 minutes.
Massive thanks for recording all these!

Thanks a lot for what you are sharing! Very light and helpful exercises with a great explanation! QUESTION: may you create a stretching session for the back (upper and lower? I have looked through your video lists and didn't find the back-oriented video! I would be very grateful! Have a great day: )

13: 38 upward dog can be very stressful on lower back if not done properly. beginners- make sure you tighten core and use muscles! one should always counter that move with reverse bend- bringing knees to chest while on floor or chest to knees forward fold. never attempt if you haven't warmed up yet.

Love all of your no equipment workouts and stretches, they are amazing! Could you do a post-run strech or a stretch routine that focuses on the legs? I combine at-home workouts with running and would love to cool down from my runs with some stretches too! Thanks!

Love your workouts but I have a question. When Im stretching my thighs my body is already in a straight line. But when I tried to do the stretch I couldnt feel it because even though my hips were pressed forward my foot and ankle could reach my rear end. Why?
