Wow! Just did this & loved it! I would love to see more of these LIIT workouts. I m working my way back into HIIT. I liked that this had no jumping and it was easier for me to breathe through it because of the pauses (I have asthma. Thank you!

I found these super effective on me! I ve been doing for 1 week and I can see my body figure changes! More 30 min home LIIT please! Even it s called low impact, I m super sweaty after each session. Keep fit even at home!
