This is one INTENSE 15 min workout! This one targets your inner & outer thighs, booty, and calves with NO EQUIPMENT! Trust me, you WILL be sore after this one! buttercookie: Omg, that was KILLER. this one hurt soooo much. The 15min went by so slowly because it was sooo hard! But that s nothing compared to what I feel right now knowing I finished it with shaking legs and I did great because I know I gave it EVERYTHING. I FEEL AWESOME. Totally recommend this workout!

Maddie, I was wondering if you can make a knee-friendly leg workout? I would like to do some leg exercises but my knee hurts bad when I do squats or lunges. I can do booty exercises but still I can't engage the legs with them. My knee is hurting for a month now and my legs are getting weaker.

I m 55, in great health. I slow jog on my treadmill for 20 minutes M-F. I loved this workout definitely feeling it in my legs. I had a little trouble staying balanced on my knees but I m sure in time I will do better. Thanks for all you do.

Mondays are leg days for me so this was the perfect! I didn't think this was going to be as intense as it was because of the no equipment but WOW this was killer! Thanks so much Maddie!

Thank you dear. could you make a video on Bulgarian split squats? The different leg positions to target the different portions of our thigh? It would be very helpful for me.

Hey maddie! Here's a sugestion: you could make some videos or stories telling how you stop the gym and decides to have a home workout!
