Thank you for your video. I was at a comfortable weight while attending classes 6 days a week at my local community centre for years and that routine was keeping me fit. With the closing of the centre in March because of covit-19 prevention I had to start a daily workout routine while sheltering at home. My schedule each day is an hour of biking, an hour of hiking (at a local park and trail) and floor exercises in my room doing a daily routine like your videos. Despite all that activity I still gained 5 lbs. I eat a whole food plant based low fat diet, so I am not sure why I gained the weight and its all in my belly area. I would love suggestions from you as what you think I should do to try to get rid of the 5 lbs that all seem to be in my core. Thank you!

Hey! I just started exercising with some of your videos and a yoga mat ( I had joined a gym for the first time in my life just before the pandemic struck. I've always been fit naturally through a lot of walking and my metabolism, but I want to get a stronger upper body and just be fit for the rest of my life. Thanks a lot, your exercises are easy to follow and i'm already feeling shapes I didn't have before! I'm not vegan but I try to eat healthy and I don't eat a lot of meat. Thanks for sharing your story! The cookbook sounds interesting: )

I really want to get in shape and be really strong and have a ton of endurance. However, when I feel pain I stop trying as hard and typically quit. I know the saying no pain no gain, but it's just so hard to push through it. It also sucks that I can't go to the gym, because I'm a teen and my family won't let me. They say that in order for me to do a sport I can't be a vegan. So I'm not telling them I want to get into shape. How do I push through the pain?

I am currently doing the home workouts you have been posting, but I cannot wait to go back to the gym. I am always super pumped, and finding motivation has never been hard. Even in the days when I do not really feel like going. The feeling you get when you are working out and after you have completed that workout is amazing. I have always been very disciplined and my results always motivate me to keep working out.

Enjoying the benefits of the 30 minute beginner stretch, once or twice a day. Yes it hurts because my body is very tense with lots of lower back, hip and leg pain. In my 4th day and I hurt less, can get in and out of car easier, upstairs better and better sleep. I was trying to do exercise videos but it was making pains worse. I get it now, we learned in High School gym to stretch before and after exercise.

Everyone with a gym membership should try going to a body-pump class! It is an hour long class that tones your whole body with weights! It is a wonderful way to start working out at the gym and lifting for the first time! It only uses free weights and no machines - great way to start! The instructors are all trained and teach form and the moves in the class! Its really hard but adaptable to everyone.

I was so insecure about my nose and recently seeing you has given me so much inspiration because I think youre so beautiful and youre not one of those girls that has a little tiny button nose like most people. So it gives me hope that beauty isnt just about a cute little tiny nose, youve helped me except that all noses are beautiful

Before starting to go to the gym I used to workout at home everyday for 20-30 minutes. Nothing too complicated. In the beginning it was really challenging for me to perform most of the exercises even without weights, but I think it is a really great way to get used to it and learn how to properly perform the moves.

Thank you for being so real! I love that you addressed that your abs are mostly due to dancing and GENETICS. So many people do crazy workout and diet challenges in the hopes of getting a tiny waistline like some supermodels but it's just anatomically impossible for some bodies. Appreciate the authenticity.

You have a great mindset when it comes to exercise. Your fitness journey has never been about aesthetics or competing with others. Instead, you focus on health, strength, and becoming a better Maddie. I love that! You are truly a light in this world and an inspiration to many. Thank you for everything!
