I started doing your workouts last year. at that time i used to do abs, legs and upper body workouts nd results were great. then due to some health issues i stopped doing workouts. i was on the bed for 2-3 months and used to think about doing workouts again. then after 7-8 months i started doing your upper body workouts. nd results are unbelievable. I don't use any suppliment. I used 2 kg dumbbells for doing these workouts. nd everyone who sees me asks me how many hours do you spend in the gym. i know i know it's hard to believe. but this is the truth. thank-you maddy for these workouts. you are an inspiration to many of us. thankyouuuuuu

I really love this kind of videos, they are my favourite lenght and intensity. What about letting a little bit more time for each exercize? Sometimes, by the moment I get the form right, the time is already over and I feel I haven't completed enough repetitions. Anyway thank you so much for the amazing job you do all the time.
