TESTING BODY FAT % Real Body Fat Percentage Examples James Robinson: No offense intended but bodyfat testing (especially dexa and under water weighing) need to be done before exercise, food, and drinks for the numbers to have any meaning. After your protein shake, monster, and a workout your numbers are completely skewed. This is coming both from the advice the lab gave me before my first Dexa (I get one every 6 months or so) and actual experience. One of my scans I couldn't book first thing in the morning, and I walked to the lab after having had breakfast and coffee and the walk itself and the result of that test was a significant outlier compared to all the others. Lean mass was quite a bit higher. I have no confidence personally in skin fold numbers except as a tracking method and I don't know much about bodpod but I would certainly expect it to be similar since you have filled your muscles with fluid.

Fantastic Sir, good insight into how much body fat % looks like in your video. Honestly I think you looked to have slightly less BF than the guy with the 11. 5% his abs was more visible though, I never had the privilege of measuring my body fat percentage with high tech equipment other than online BF calculators, on paper or weight scales like most poor people do. People that appears more shredded, striated & vascular could measure with higher BF probably because of organ fats. I bet if you guys gets tested the next day would get different results.

I get that people store fat in different places and so you have more visible abs and what not, but where are you storing it then? Your ankles? I mean, I tend to store more fat around my chest and upper abs more than lower (very odd I know. But while my lower abs doesn't store as much, I still gain fat around my chest, ass, legs, etc. You don't seem to have fat anywhere.

I'm 14, I weigh 98. 6 KG(216. 49 Pounds, I'm 6ft 0 and my body fat percentage is 17%. I started working out and eating healthy around 2 weeks ago and hopefully I can drop down to atleast 12% body fat. You inspired me mate, keep up the good work

There must be some sort of communal website or streaming service gyms use for their music because your gym plays the same shitty music mine does, and I live in a small Arizona town.

Your buddy needs to keep his elbows pulled in more on the bench press. Hes gonna get stuck in the habit of bad form if its not corrected and I didnt see anyone else call it out.

I have not had my body fat tested since 2015 and it was at 11 percent before I was training for a set of triathalons. I did not have abs or a six pack nor huge biceps.

That gym plays some actual decent music. Mine always plays poppy shit like Justin Bieber and it's like seriously? That music isn't motivating in the least lmao

I have 3. 1% bodyfat. I have like 1. 8kilo's of fat in my whole body. I have low energy and have no Stamina. It's not Helathy to go under 7% i dont reccomend it.
