Hey Matt, hope you dont mind me saying that your wife is such a beautiful woman. Im not into the gym, lifting weights etc & I purely watch your videos for your sense of humour & funny sarcasm etc. I subbed a couple of months ago & Ive binge watched loads of your previous videos

I reckon you should do a cut after the scan. It'll give your body a good break from the massive amounts of calories that it's used to but your body will respond awesomely so you may not need to do the cut for too long.

Hi Matt, do you track your macros? In the videos I've seen of yours so far there doesn't seem to be any tracking, if you do track please can you tell me your macro and calorie count for the day?
