This is one of my personal ab routines. I do about 3-4 per week. This is a great workout for your abs that can be done from home. People! do not neglect your abs! lol MimiSoAwesome: HiiI! -_-. Im an 18 years old (And a girl) and ive been wanting a flater stomach. But you seed that you need to do a 4 set of each one? Idk what that is hahaha is it like 8 per set. like dancing so it would be 33 for each one? Btw you'r cute xD

This workout will definately help you get definition in your abs but the most important part is dieting. Skinny guys like us still have fat and its usually in that area so i recommend walking uphill to burn the fat and also running for toning.

Do you have to be young to get a great stomach? Im almost 38. I feel like no matter what exercise/diet I follow it's too late at my age.

how bro iam using gnc shakes and i work out mondays weds. and frid. is that about right to work out so tues thur and sat and sun rest time?

whats that song lol and how many reps of each expercize do you recomend? ive been doin like 2 30-30 reps for ea is that enough?

when im doing these exercises, i dont feel anything over than pain in my lower back. is there anything i can do to stop this. thanks
